Clean location, lots of parking directly out front in the paid lot. I was taken in for blood work within 10 minutes of my appointment. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Went in to have my bloodwork done for the first time. The front desk staff were very dismissive and condescending. I was unsure what paperwork she was requesting from me and she refused to explain with any more detail to help me. This was a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend. Not a welcoming environment and if you are going to have signs up stating your staff need to be respected they should be reciprocating that same respect.

I informed the nurses that I had a phobia of needles and was prone to fainting. They reassured me and took me to a bed. The nurse that drew my blood, Glenda, was so nice and understanding, she talked with me for a while and distracted me. I was so at ease and felt comfortable and safe. I got in and out in 20 minutes. Didn’t even have to wait. Thanks Glenda:)
