This place is just like Northgate. I’d say the whole company never respect your time when you make an appointment. They’ll still make you wait for at least an hour after you arrive early for your appointment time. If you’re under staffed than post a sign saying no walk ins today. What’s the point making an appointment and none of your locations honours it? !

Very bad service. Went 20min before closing and they said they can’t take me. And they were not busy at all. Horrible stuff

No customer service was given to my brother in law from the larger lady with the tattoos on her arms. My brother in law's healthcare number was on the bloodwork form but she tried to belittle him still.

No wonder Dynalife is being bought out by the province down good riddance.

Awful service. Had an appt, watched 4 others go in before me who did not have appointments. Mean while it's 20 min passed my appt time. Lady behind the desk was not polite. I do not understand the point of an appt when walk ins before me are served.

Would give negative review if posible. Made appointment way in advance, about a week. After about 45 minutes of sitting and waiting went to counter to ask how much longer. Got turned away with a soon. 1 hour of waiting went to ask again, got same responce. After 1 hour and 15 minutes the workers changed so asked new receptionist. Found my name had been erased from list. Anither worker saw me and was surprised I was still there. Said I should have been long gone. Wasted almost 90 minutes at this location. Stay away from this location.

This is without a doubt the worst place. I'm immune compromised so I made an appointment i get there the place is packed so I see my name on the board i was the only one with an appointment so I thought I would be in and out away from people well guess what i waited 45 minutes my appointment came and went I watch walk ins coming and going mean while the one person taking blood was coughing like crazy another person out front was coughing no mask so I asked how long i had an appointment she took her face away from her phone for a minute to say well they are doing a timed blood work first I just left appointments mean nothing

Great staff no vitamin c test no bone density test but very efficient staff
