Waited 1.5 hrs and had an appt. Staff spent more time talking to each other than serving clients. Staff lost a urine sample and stated pts name out loud tegarvery unprofessional. Would not return to this location

Booked my appointment for 10: 20 so that I didn't have to wait around. 10: 45 I'm told there is 1 appointment ahead if me and then it's my turn. How is this possible when appointments are scheduled?

Much better time management at Century Park and Winderemere locations.

Got called in at 10: 52 out at 10: 56. Not sure how they run that far behind at that level of efficiency.

Technician was great. Can't fault the friendly service.

There was a line up but as a medical lab, there usually is. Great, friendly staff and quick, easy service. Gave painless needle!

Checked in at front desk for my literal APPOINTMENT.
30 minutes go by and I ask what’s happening, they tell me my name was taken off the list and they don’t know why.
I proceed to wait another 10 minutes to finally be seen by someone…

A real model of competency this place

Wait your turn and you get the service requested. It's the ones who expect to be first that make it worse for everyone else

I go to this location every time myself or my daughter needs blood work done.
They are always very patient with my daughter.
They even helped me find files and printed them off for me.
The ones that I was sent via email from the specialist were very sloppy.
They are always helpful, patient, and quick. We are never waiting long.

My experience in this location was very nice. The lady who assisted me was very patient, and attentive. Of course I had to wait, but not for long! I arrived at 10: 10, my appointment was at 10: 20 and I was already getting my blood work done at about 10: 30. I will always choose this location to get my future blood tests.

I was waiting in cue 3 staff takes their turn inside the staff room. Let other walk in patient pass on me and when my turn cames because they dont have any option to assist me. Not fun experience at all no line ups to take me that long. I understand if there is patient came with appointment but 3 cme after me dont have. Very upset

This place needs to be either shut down or given a new management. At the busy afternoon hour, there are only two people "working" - moving slower than a fly on a pile of 'honey'. One cannot speak English, the other - patronizing. On my arrival, I was fourth in line and given 45 minutes to wait. I waited - not one person ahead of me was served. When I asked again how much longer must I wait, turned out that six persons were ahead of me. I will be having a serious surgery and my tests must be done at a specific time. I could not book an appointment, nothing was available for my timeframe. Dealing with the horrific pain, unable to sit for hours on a uncomfortable chair, offered no alternative, I left, too tired to get angry at this lousy 'service'.

On the same day, right after this bad experience, I went to the location on 51 Avenue. Within 15 minutes, I was taken care of. The staff was friendly and energetic. Unlike this one, the people at 51th location actually worked. I will give them 5 star review. To you, dear owner, spend some time with your team instead of preaching the patient/customer with a tirade of patronizing excuses. Your place is useless at the moment and needs some serious improvements.

I was a walk in, showed up right when they opened with 3 people ahead of me. They had 3 nurses at least because everyone was helped immediately except me. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location to everyone.

The staff member that was helping me was rude and did not treat me or anyone else that I saw there with any empathy. Perhaps she is good in the lab but definitely not as front of house staff.

Had an appointment but still waited for over an hour. The staff were in the back area talking while the waiting room was a quarter full. No reason to have to wait. I do not recommend this Dynalife.

They never pick up calls and have inconsiderate staff. Be prepared to wait for hours to get a 5 min job done.

Barely anyone in the waiting room (1 person ahead of me) and it still took them 10 minutes to even say hello and another 20 min to get my bloodwork done. Slow and unfriendly staff.

18 people in the wait room within half an hour of opening. More than half have been fasting for over 12 hours. There are children, elderly, and sick in this room. An hour after opening, 3 people had been called in and another 8 had arrived. People were being told it was going to be a 1.5 hour wait.

Zero change in efficiency and priority in the last 2 years. This is unacceptable. This location needs to undergo some serious review and re-training and examine their hiring standards. We cannot have fasting diabetics, sick children, or elderly waiting over 2.5 hours to be seen. There is no reason that it should take an hour to tend to 4 patients, especially with at least 3 employees on site. There is no reason for someone who booked an appointment to be told it would be an hour wait after their appointment time. There is no reason to watch a patient's health or ability decline right in the waiting room because they've been without food, water, sleep, meds, or other needs through the entirety of their wait.

As someone who has been to this clinic at least 3 times a year for the last 5 years, and has seen zero improvement, I respectfully request this location go under review immediately.as a fellow waiting-room patient, I think it's absolutely unacceptable that people's lives end up being at risk, or that their eventual return home be at critical risk of accident, while in the presence of medical personnel.

I had an early morning appointment and the staff were warm, friendly and professional. I was in and out in 15 minutes and my appointment was on time.

Had some blood work done here today. Wow the level of service was excellent. Danielle at the front desk was helpful and compassionate. The woman who took my blood (Wilma or Wendy?) I think her name was was also great. They made me feel comfortable and helped me through my anxiety. The procedure was surprisingly painless and they were friendly and treated me very well. Would recommend 5 stars!

People here are not very good at what they are doing. I had my blood drawn for tests my whole life because of thyroid condition, and my experience here was the worst. Two ladies tried three times until they could get enough sample, leaving both of my arms swollen and bruised. Made me realize how much trouble you could cause for others if you’re not good at your job. Don’t think I’ll come back here again.

I was here today for a blood test and ECG. The lady that did it was professional and compassionate. I’m queesy with needles and she was great. I barely felt it. Thank you!

I get a blood test done every month and I recently moved to Whyte Ave. I was happy to find that there was a DynaLIFE within walking distance to my new home and decided I would head on over the next day. I quickly skimmed through the reviews out of habit and noticed the poor ratings and my heart sunk a little. I started debating if I should take a short bus route to the next nearest DynaLIFE but then I got both curious and lazy. The next morning I walked over to this location shortly after they opened. I noticed there was already several people and was expecting to be waiting for a bit so I signed myself in and dazed off on Facebook. I know it was the beginning of the day but front desk was very pleasant. She greeted me almost immediately with a smile and asked appropriate questions. She photocopied my documents and was swift, to the point. After waiting about 10 minutes I was called up and brought back to draw blood. Everything was clean, my tech was soft spoken but clear, and she was very gentle but precise at the same time. I suffer from an autoimmune disease so I can't even begin to explain how many times I've already been poked this year. You try to tell yourself you're getting used to it but it's different with every tech and clinic you meet and go to. Sometimes it really hurts! Especially if you have scar tissue from being poked so much. It didn't hurt that much this time. To be honest, this was the easiest poke all year.
So I was out the door in 15 minutes tops. My intentions aren't to invalidate any previous reviews but to let others like me know not to knock it until you try it.

Went in this morning at 7: 58 am I was the only person there. Woman at reception said I will have to wait she is busy. Another woman came up grabbed my form and said have a seat. 5 minutes later I was in and she takes a look at my left arm and says no good. Grab's my right arm twists it from side to side and tells me to keep making a fist. She then rams the needle in my arm 3/4 way in and proceeds to move the needle around, moving it at least 4 inches from side to side, pulls the needle almost out, then pushes the needle all the way in and proceeds to move it around. At this point my arm is burning and I am in pain. I told her to take the needle out now that I had enough. She then tells me that they will lie me down and try again. I said under no circumstances that I am leaving and will never come back to this location. She then tells me I can't drive until I rest. I got up and left. I do not recommend this place to anyone if you value you're health.

Very Poorly Organized!

I needed to get a blood test done on a specific day and when I tried to make an appt for that day all the appointments were full forcing me to do walk in. I got there and was told the wait time was 30-35 min. The waiting room was quite full and several people walked in after me and I could see from the name name list they display that some had appointments and some didn’t. From where I was sitting I could see into the back area and watched the staff chatting and grabbing labels and chatting but there were no patients back there with them, the waiting room was full. This went in for a long time before the finally took a few patients in. 2 patients had their paperwork misplaced, one patient was missed being registered and because if this got to cut the line, he came in after I did. It took one hour and twenty minutes for a blood test that took less than 1 min to do. The staff were abrupt and did not apologize for the long wait. In this case an appt would not have mattered, a lady came in about 5 min after me and she had an appt and she was called for her blood test about 10 min before me, about 40 min after her appt time. From what I could see there was a lot of running around and doing nothing going on in the back and a smile or a pleasant hello goes a long way to smoothing impatient feathers!

Sometimes they are short staffed. Try to reserve a space online otherwise it can take well over an hour sometimes
