Dynasty Auto Glass

After an aftermarket windshield was installed in my Toyota Tundra, the wiring for the defrost caught fire causing $6500 in damage to my truck. Toyota Engineers and insurance investigated and both deemed the aftermarket wiring to be the cause of the fire. Dynasty has refused to respond to my emails and calls.
Very dissapointing, to say the least.

After an initial scheduling delay at their main office, Brent and his staff member made up for it by coming to my home some time later per my request. They did an excellent job and replaced the windshield while I was away. Great service! Highly recommend them!

Evan & Brent of Dynasty did a bang-up job replacing my 100" OEM Motorhome windshield that they had shipped from the USA, AND save me $760 less my $240 gas cost to drive to Calgary from Edmonton for a net savings of $520, so I'm very happy. My husband brought my vehicle there for wind shield change.after service I found few spot scratch damage on around front roof and I am very unhappy with it.

Some douche broke my window for a couple nickels. Dynasty replaced both my side and front windshield for the price of just the side window from the dealership. Also got it done same day about 2 hours after I called. Toyota said it would take 3 days just to get the window. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I booked a new windshield through their website and it was not only a great quote on its own, they also pick-up and drop off your vehicle! Service was unreal, and now I have a new windshield. No hidden fees and they even called to let me know about some rust they found during the replacement process. Can't recommend these folks enough. They actually care about their customers! Special shout-out to their driver too, he was great, pleasant, kind and helpful. Living in Alberta, more rock cracks and chips are inevitable - but I know exactly who is replacing my windshield next time!

05/27/19 I called Dynasty Auto Glass and spoke with Evan about my damaged sunroof of my 2018 Chevy Cruze. He said he’ll just find out how much the cost would be since he has to get the part from a third party. In just a matter of under 15minutes, he phoned me back to let me know how much it costs, and how soon can the work be done. So on 05/29/19 around 11am, one of the their staff came to pickup my car and by 3pm, my car was already returned with my sunroof looking good again. I am very impressed and happy with the efficiency of this shop. I even asked Ron, the one who picked up and dropped off my car, who worked on my sunroof, he said it was Evan. Just wanna give Evan a huge thank you! I hope more clients will come see your shop! Thanks a lot again!

Right from the start these guys were on point! Everywhere in Calgary quoted me over 300 and a two week window for part to arrive. They found options and had it delivered within 4 days. Installed and off on my way in less than 40 minutes and less than 300! Fast, professional service! Highly recommend these guys! And super well behaved shop dogs to boot!

After some back and forth messaging, Evan scheduled me in on short notice and got my vehicle completed promptly.

New glass is always night and day difference, but the attention to detail is what really stands out. Proper prep was completed prior to replacement and no excess sealant was left anywhere, a very clean install.

I received a quote from Dynasty today, Evan gave me a deal for a busted window and cracked windshield. He had Ron come by at 9: 30, switch vehicles with me and had my vehicle back to me with windows in tact, by 12: 00 Noon!
