Just bought an 8 ft hot tub from them. Was having concerns after it was setup and they immediately reached out with a solution to attempt and it ended up being a non issue.

Man I love this place. I bought a cal spa. The staff were so excellent that I now return and buy all my chemicals here. Alesha is Always willing to help educate new spa owners about chemical maintenance of the spa. I just can’t say enough. What a great team. Shopped everyone in red deer- no comparison.

Everyone in the store was very helpful and accommodating. Not pushy at all when looking at accessories and only selling you what you absolutely need.

Dynasty spas is a fantastic place to go for all of your hot tub and spa needs. They are super friendly, very knowledgable and professional. They’re always a pleasure to deal with, and offer great advice. Huge selection. Good prices. This is our “go to” place.

I live outside the city and get my water from a well. Using this water in my hot tub, I was unable to regulate the alkalinity in it properly. The alkalinity was too high and kept fluctuating when I tried to fix it. I read a lot of different articles to try to fix the alkalinity, but most of them were written for city water and I was unable to stabilize my alkalinity.
I decided to go to Spa World for help and was assisted by Rosie. She gave me a very professional, comprehensive consultation and wrote down all the key points for me to remember. She also tested my water, told me why exactly why I was having such a hard time, and told me the specifics of my situation. I got this consultation a year ago and, since then, regulating the chemicals in my tub has been very easy and successful. I still apply all of Rosie’s advice to this day and it had been working perfectly. All the other staff at Spa World are also great, and it is always a pleasure coming in.
Although I meant to write this review sooner, I was busy and unable to. However, writing this review a year later, I am able to say for sure that Rosie’s advice worked.

For the past 12 months, we have been enjoying our Neptune Series Adriatic hot tub year round! On top of the great jets, the LED Lighting, sound system and easy to maintain features have been pleasantly surprising! These tubs have had manufacturer upgrades over the past couple years that have made some of the historical issues far less problematic.

The staff at the Red Deer store have been fantastic, very easy to talk to, always helpful and pleasant every time I've gone in. Expecting our continued use of our tub to provide many more relaxing moments, some family time without devices and time away from everyday life!

Natasha helped me through a problem I had with my hot tub in Calgary while she was in Red Deer. She did everything in her power (she is very knowledgeable) to find out what the problem could be before sending someone to inspect the hot tub in person - which could have been pricy. Instead, after several email exchanges and phone calls, she determined that my fuses could be responsible. Indeed I replaced them and that fixed the problem! I command her for her dedication, integrity, and honesty. She should get promoted!

We bought a Club Series Dynasty Spa from World of Spas Calgary about 3 months ago, and we have been using it daily since and love it. We picked a model without loungers as we aren't really big enough to sink into one, but the sitting model works great for us. Our spa has 2 pumps, 55 jets, bluetooth stereo and an ozone replacement filter.
The tricky part was getting the hang of how to balance water chem, but the staff at the store were great and extremely knowledgeable and helped us get it right without wasting a bunch of time and water. Any questions I have and they help me out with a quick call or visit to the store. Definitely recommend WOS Calgary

Poor service. Also product had various issues over the years coupled with an inferior warranty as compared to other higher end tubs. Stay away from Dynasty!

We just got our hot tub lastnight after waiting for 4 weeks! The installation was ggood not great because of how cold it was lol, hubby and i tested it right away and we couldnt be any happier! We love our hot tub and the process was so great, very helpful team will be back again! Thanks world of spa

I bought a large 'bells and whistles' tub from them in 2009. I had one major repair under warranted (motor died), and a few repairs out of warranted; pipes rubbing/vibrating wore through and started to leak, metal on jet covers rusted (I replaced with plastic only) and this week the lcd panel on the controller died. Being 11 years old it doesn't have newest bells and whistles like bluetooth sound system, but I still (2020) use the hot tub 6 days a week all year around and I'm still very pleased with our purchase. I particularly like that, when I call in with a problem I want to fix and order a part - they ASK QUESTIONS to make sure that I'm getting the part (s) that have a high degree of probability of fixing the real problem - they don't just 'sell me a part'.
