I had a great experience with E & J, they have the best prices in the mall I could find. I got my engagement ring resized, they took great care of it, and they even ensured the peal was properly secured down with glue (as it hadn't previously). I had also brought in an heirloom bracelet to be resized. They were very honest in the estimate that the bracelet could be damaged and loose it's plating if I got it resized.
Over all great service, good prices, and truthful staff.

Took my watch to the Bay and they were unable to fix it without shipping it away. I took it to E&J instead and they were able to fix it right there for a third of the price. Amazing service and kind, humble, and competent workers.

Awesome work. I had changed my battery for my chronograph watch somewhere else and it wasn’t working properly and he found the problem and had to put in a new screw to hold a piece of metal that holds the battery. He also put in a better kind of battery compared to what I had put in at the other place. He also spent time helping me reset the watch. Highly recommended! I will only go here for my watches.

After calling many jewelry repair places for estimates and time frames I finally found E & J. Other places were saying it could take between 2-10 days for the repair and cost $40 or more for a simple soldering job. However EJ was able to do the job in 30 minutes and have it cost 30 dollars. I am very happy and impressed with the quality service, professional service, and the quickness of a job well done!

Went to got my watch battery repaired. Did a great job explaining the issue and solving it in a timely manner. To top it all off he corrected the time on my watch when it was returned to me!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this establishment. My family and I have been going to E&J for years and they never disappoint. The owner always has a smile on his face and his friendly demeanour is what makes our numerous visits so pleasant. I just recently got married and had a major issue with my wedding band. I hadn't even been wearing it for one day and it already had an issue (purchased from a third party, not from here). The owner was so eager and willing to help me fix it and he did so on the spot. Everyone has a trusted doctor, pharmacist etc.but everyone also needs to have a trusted jeweller, and for me, it is him! Visit E&J for your needs, and you will NOT be disappointed. These guys are great! Fast service, fair prices. He did ring resizing seamlessly from 10 to 6.5 on a complicated ring design; you can't tell any work has been done on it. Definitely coming back if I need any other repair done. Thank you

E&J is great! Came in to get a few of the batteries in a few of my watches! They were extremely quick to have my needs filled! Extremely professional and straight to the job, definitely coming back here for all my watch needs, would recommend.

I showed up at E & J Jewellers just as they were about to close to get my necklace fixed. The nice man offered to stay later than his shift just to fix my necklace! I was extremely happy with the service this jewellery store provided. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family!

As for the necklace, they fixed it and haven't had any issues since. Basically brand new!

Smart guy who taxes you what he wants because he has almost no competition and you have to spit the dough.
So think thrice before engaging in business with them.
