I was recommended to this place from another trusted business, and I am so happy with how great they were. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in with a long list of things that needed to be done and a soon-approaching deadline- not only did they complete everything way before my deadline but they answered all my questions, they explained all the work they were doing and kept me updated, they had fair prices and did their best to save me money. Overall the service they provided was awesome and I would trust them with my vehicle again!

After noticing a new squeak in the front wheels on my Wrangler, I was nervous my suspension needed to be replaced. E-Mortal was recommended by a friend who said they were THE place to go for Jeep work.

I was not disappointed.

Turns out I needed some brake servicing and joint replacement (not a full suspension overhaul). When I had the work done, the tech noticed something "sticky" with my e-brake and when they took a closer look at the rear brakes, I was down to just about nothing on the back pads.

I was impressed that they refused to quote me anything over the phone without seeing the Jeep first.
Sourced after-market, better quality parts for less than the cost of dealer standards.
Did not do extra work they had quoted when they discovered the true source of the issue with the back brakes.
Still managed to complete all the work in one day, even after discovering the new issues.

From mind to wild to everything in between. If it was 4 weels they can fix it. I have been getting work done there since 2010. Work is always done right and have never been over charged for anything. They specialize in 4x4 lift kits to wild jeep builds. They keep my truck running smooth and well lit up. I just got my truck serviced and tuned up. And having new driving lights installed on monday. Great team great service

After almost getting ripped off by a dealership, I took my Jeep to E-mortal Customs for a second opinion at the advice of a friend. Not only did they offer me a more competitive price by not doubling up on labour costs or overcharging for the parts, (like dealerships like to do) they also found critical repairs that the dealership completely missed, saving me a lot of money (thousands of dollars). They also demonstrated pride in their work by physically showing me the broken parts and explaining to me what needed to be fixed and why. They didn't try to upsell, they simply laid out all the options, like OEM parts vs aftermarket parts, and what needed to be fixed in order of priority. They are a very honest and professional crew at E-mortal Customs, and I would highly recommend them to anyone, even your grandmother.
