Great service & enjoyed our amazing lunch. Pleasant atmosphere. I will return. Prices have increased immensely over the past year.

Meals were great, service good, had a reservation and after some of us arrived, we were told there was another reservation less than 2 hrs later and we were a table of 10. We were barely done when our waitress informed us we had 5 minutes before our time was up. There were 5 other tables empty right around us. No idea if they were reserved also, didn't ask. We left and met up elsewhere and continued our celebration.

Bought the Cajun chicken sandwhich. First off don't call it a sandwhich if your going to put it on a hand burger bun. That's a chicken burger.second the chicken was dry as my sex life. Third the server hated her life and was more monotone than my ex girlfriend. And it cost me 80 dollars for my wife and I to have a meal my toddler could of made in his pretend kitchen

OMG their Chicken Hunan Kung Pao noodles was so yummy! We requested to add more sauce and chilli since we like it spicy and it did not disappoint. They got the perfect mix of sourness, saltiness, and that kick you need. Usually you would leave the sauce but I asked for a spoon to scoop every single drop of it. I definitely recommend it. It’s a comfort food for me!

Friendly service. The patio is amazing! Just stopped in for a drink, they had a nice selection of local craft beer. Location is off the main road which is nice.

We had a great experience as a family. Kids were welcomed, we had delicious food options and our server was very attentive. We will happily be back.

Thanks to my server Mandy D eating out alone on my business trip to Red Deer was not so lonely. Mandy was very friendly and personable. You have a gem in that server!

Very enjoyable evening was made possible due to the great staff and amazing food! Been a while since being able to get out and partake in a nice meal out and Earl's Kitchen + Bar exceeded our expectations! Our waitress was very attentive to our needs and really added to the whole experience.

Great food, service still needs experience. The menu prices are a little bit ridiculous but I'm sure there's a good reason for it.

We ordered through Door dash. Very disappointed. The entries were good but the sides were horrible and wrong. Garlic mashed potatoes were not even mashed potatoes. They were chunks of potato, large chunks of garlic, and a whole pile of onion with a cream sauce. 1 bite and the wife and I threw them out. Definitely not doing the delivery option with Earls. In person you can at least send it back.

Very busy night there. Got in quite quickly. Food was amazing. All 5 people enjoyed their meals. Service was great. Very friendly and energetic server.

Was quick for take out but they forgot my cutlery and I had asked twice to make sure we got it. Was going to the odr with the kids so I had to go home to grab some after we had already gotten to the rink. Good was no longer hot but it was tasty. Clam chowder was really good.

Placed an order for pickup. The staff member who answered was very polite and pleasant to talk with. Food was good. Only thing that would have made it easier if you could order online, which is what I originally wanted to do.

They definitively don’t know how to cook steak. If you like your steak medium-rare order rare. The mashed potatoes is not real, it’s powder potatoes. It’s not good enough to pay 42.75 for that plate. The Mocha Kahlua pie was very good. Thank you for the free birthday cake.

Amazingly attentive staff. We had Skylar as our server twice now, with months in between our visit, and she made us feel so welcomed. She even remembered our fave wine! A great gem in Red Deer!

Went in tonight with two of my friends for drinks and appies, and I CANNOT recommend Abi enough! She is one of, if not the BEST server I have ever had. We had a BLAST with her! A night that was supposed to only be an hour or so long ended up being three hours. She is so amazing at her job, and was an absolute delight. Made the night even better by offering a dessert for my birthday.:) We will absolutely be back to sit in Abi's section again. Such a fantastic night!

Our server Abi was fabulous! She made us feel at home. Friends and I needed a night out and had a great time splitting appies and trying drinks Abi recommended. Tasty food. Quality service. Blown away. 10/10 will do again.

Amazing service and amazing food. Our waitress was fast, friendly and helpful. From helping indecisive me pick out an amazing meal, to being politely inquisitive and professionally friendly. Best meal we have had in a long time. Highly recommend. Thank you Kaylee for the killer service.

Our server Abi was so delightful and upbeat. Always a positive attitude and willing to offer her opinion on the foods. Made the dining experience so friendly cannot wait to come again.

Thank you to the waitress Victoria for reminding me that the color of my skin is wrong. Your white power was noted. We got the message. And now you need to get mine. I'm human. I might look different but I deserve the same amount of respect as anyone else that dined there tonight. You clearly showed our table racisism at Earls restaurant. The only white guy at the table was treated so well while the rest of his family were treated poorly. We were so polite to her and she was clearly were rude and angry to serve us. We all noticed her interaction with the other tables and it was different. When speaking with the manager, Lindsay, about it before leaving she could care less about our experience at Earls Red Deer. She even stated Earls is not a racist restaurant (which I believe to be true) but her waitrsss Victoria may have personal issues with people of color. Interesting to hear this from the manager. We won't be bac especially if Earls employs such employees. I'm disappointed and hurt that my young adult children made a reservation and took me out for my birthday and this was the outcome. Colored people are clearly unwelcome to dine in Victoria sectionat Earls Red Deer.

Ordered a full rack of ribs. Asked for grilled vegetables on the side. They could offer asparagus - no zucchini, no baked whole potatoes. An 18 oz glass of Stella was 12 bucks: (

Great patio not bad burger but the 8" margarita pizza was more like 6" and the spinach 3cheese dip was grainy like thy only used powdered cheese for it lol

We came for happy hour and did not see our server for at least 20 mins of us sitting down. The restaurant was not busy, but our server was not very present. We were not informed when the kitchen was closing and we hoping to order more but did not get the chance. We also did not get water or drink refills without trying to flag her down. Food was fine, but wish service could have been better. We are very disappointed with our experience.

Earls has always impress me with its food and superb service. Just dined there this evening and the waitress who served us was friendly, I forgot her name though, she was wearing a black blouse I think. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

What is customer service? Came into Earls and did not feel welcomed at all. Throughout the night our waitress did not smile or engage conversation whatsoever. I would be more understanding if the restaurant was busy, in this case it pretty melow in there. Told the waitress it was my mothers birthday. Which she did not seem to acknowledge at all. Hey I get it we all got lives. Sadly we really feel like we werent welcomed. To which me and my family are still confused on why. Talked to someone at the end. Who did not seem to care at all or listen. I would not recommend anyone here after the fact. Its not hard to fake a smile. Hope Earls can improve customer service. Pandemic has really taken on all of us. Wish everyone the best there and hope they can improve. Life moves on for everyone though. Hope this review is seen by management and addressed properly. Please train your waitresses better, my poor waitress looked quite anxious and I genuinely feel bad. On the management not on her, she was great I could just feel her anxiety and I just think they should be trained a bit more because food service is a high stress environment:) thank you

Great place to eat, the atmosphere is calm and peaceful. The servers are willing to give direction to the menu. Will go back again

Good sized Caesar Salad. But, they Charged $ 12. When menu said 9 1/2. (? !?)

I had given the Red Deer location five stars; however, their food quality has declined. They still have the nicest patio in town, though. My recommendation is to go for drinks and grab your meal somewhere else.

Fairly new to this Earls location but I had a fantastic lunch earlier!
The food is amazing and the servers are awesome!
It'd be great if at least 1 host stayed at the entrance at all times to reassure guests about wait-times!

Earls is earls. You get the standard menu and that can be great. My friend is vegan and there are LOADS of options for her.

Used to be amazing in here! What happened? I mean I heard they went down hill but you never believe it until you witness it yourself. Now ambience is dated, service is garbage and food is meh.

Good service, really enjoyed their garlic fries and all the other dishes were tasty too.

They lost their stars. I just ordered a 6 oz prime steak and its no bigger than my 2 fingers.im so disappointed.

Went back for my birthday, excellent service for dine in, food was great but our steaks were not done the way we asked. My daughter asked for rare but hers was medium and I asked for medium and I got very well done and made the beef tough to eat. They offered to make a new one for me to correct the error which I appreciate but I didn't want it so they took it off the bill and I got a delicious cake for my birthday too. I added 1 more star for them.

Expected better. Service was slow food was good though. My drink was made wrong twice had to get it sent back. Ended up getting a beer instead.

Nice atmosphere but the service was lacking. Steak came to the table undercooked and they never got a new one out to us. They did remove the item from our bill but honestly we probably won't be returning anytime soon.

Very comfortable and cost atmosphere with very professional and friendly staff. Draft beer prices are too high even during happy hours

We had dinner here on a Saturday night, right at rush hour and it was fairly busy. Leah was our server, and I can’t say enough how great she did! She was very quick, friendly and thoughtful. Food was hot and delicious! Great Job Leah

Never had a bad experience at an Earls' the one in Red Deer is no exception. GReat food, top notch service.and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
