Sudip was was amazing, absolutely loved his service and friendly manner! 6+ stars for service. Dinner was good but he made our night.

Ok so me and my friend sat down waited for about 15-20 minutes before before we were served our drinks. We didn't get our food for close to half n hour I ordered the truffle parmesan chicken and my friend ordered the Cajun chicken mine was undercooked and my friends was undercooked as well also the staff seemed really stressed which doesn't look good for management and when I asked to speak to the manager because our food came undercooked twice it really wasn't a busy day she tore a strip out of our server she doesn't sound like someone who can inspire staff anywhere her name is renea and the way she treats her staff. Yikes might wanna look into new management.

I visited Earls with my family this week, Amaazing food! The whole experience from start to finish is great. Hassan is so friendly and kind. He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect item. I was very impressed with the quality of the product I received. Will definitely visit again.

Service was amazing! Atmosphere was very nice. I've not complaints of food, only a 4 star as I had a salad and they're nothing adventurous and most places make them all similar.

Ordered take out. The chicken fingers and fries. Asked for just a little bit extra citrus sauce. Got burnt tiny pieces of chicken with fries that looked like it was a kids meal. And not even enough sauce for 2 of the tiny chicken tenders. If I wanted a kids meal I would have went to McDonald's. At least I could have gotten a toy.
Overpriced burnt, super small sized food.

The waitresses kept the Coca Cola flowing to the table for 6 thirsty guys. I don’t remember her name, but I really appreciated the effort, even when the bartender wouldn’t let us have a pitcher.
Anyways, the 5 stars are for her.

Atmosphere was great. Apple blossom decor is very nice for Summer, makes you feel like you are in Japanese garden.
The food was good. Had a dry piece of bread with chicken ceasar sald, which was weird.you guys should change it to classic garlic bread or toss out dry piece of bread all together.

At about 4 PM today after walking around the reservoir at Muskuseepi park myself and a companion went to Earl's for a beer about 4 PM. We were seated in the lounge and provided menus. After 15 minutes plus of not being served (being ignored) we walked out and went to the Old Trapper's lounge and were served right away.

Stood outside and waited for the restaurant to open. She opens the door walks us into the EMPTY restaurant then tells us she won't serve us without a mask.wont give us on either. Some employees would rather harm a business then work and clearly these waitresses are in the business of not wanting to work!

Very impressed with how the management at earls handled my issue. I ordered through skip the dishes but was unsuccessful contacting a skip representative when I realized an item was missing from my order. I called earls and the manager made an exception and was able to fix the problem right away. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

I've spent thousands of Dollars here over the years dining with friends, and family, and for business. I went here with my family today, including my son and his girlfriend who were visiting from Edmonton. We are all double vaccinated, all masked and had the app with valid QR codes. My wife did not have her physical drivers license: but a CLEAR photo of it on her phone; INCLUDING A PICTURE OF HER! We were denied entry to the restaurant. Same last name, all valid vaccine records, one person with photo of license instead of physical copy.
EARLS, you have GOT to be kidding me! I will NOT be back, you will not see another dime of my money. I will be telling anyone who will listen about my experience. I fully understand there are health restrictions imposed by the government in place right now, but come on.let's use some common sense!

Service was fantastic Our waitress was great but the food was terrible.
I ordered the same dish I have had at other Earls restaurants and it was lacking in taste and quality. The other meals at the table were of poor quality as well, tiny calamari, chewy steak, overcooked terrible noodles in Hunan Kung Pau. Hopefully it was just a bad day with the chef and not a regular occurrence. 240 dollars later we left disappointed in the food.

Your restrictions just stopped my family from a dinner at your location, we will never be back. We will not spend another dollar at this restaurant ever. You sure don't see us as guests asking for validation as to if your cooks have there shots. Worst experience Ever! If I could give negative rating I would.

With two small children and Covid, I haven't been out to dine with my wife for over two years. I was a little taken aback when our server couldn't get through a sentence without sniffling mucus back up into her nose. I mean even without Covid, servers usually don't come in if they're sick like that. I called the manager over and said I'm fine with it if she's had a negative Covid test. The manager just said she'd take our table. My wife ordered some earth bowl or something and the salad leaves had turned, and many of them were black, wilted, and a little slimy. I brought this to the managers attention, she asked if my wife wanted another, she did not, then she said she would give us a desert on the house. The desert, a berry cheesecake came out and immediately we noticed that there were a few berries that had turned, one was completely covered in mold. The manager was kind enough and paid for our meal, which wasn't necessary, my pasta was fine. I would suggest a little more training in the apps department. I know that these days they probably don't employ an Expeditor (someone who checks things over before they go out) but in the absence of one the apps guy or the server should have noticed these things. Atmosphere was great, manager was great, quality isn't like it used to be.

Disorganized & Slow Kitchen on Friday and Saturday’s’!
The Kitchen cannot handle a full restaurant with the Covid restrictions FYI image if there was no capacity restrictions like Pre COVID-19. What a sham such good food but managed poorly. You need to run it like a business to be in business MR owner.

Great food, great service. Our server, Heidi, was very helpful explaining the various Vegan (plant based) options. Earl's has the best range of plant based options of any regular (ie. Not specified vegan restaurant) that I have eaten at. We found the portion sizes to be appropriate and we all left satisfied.

I had a Cajun cheddar chicken sandwich which was Hella good, but I also go the vegan buffalo cauliflower at the recommendation of someone and.they were highly disappointing. Vegan ranch was very good so compliments to that, but basically no breading whatsoever on them to add a crunch or compliment any flavor, no spices I don't even think salt was on there just some light greens on them and they were barely covered with Buffalo sauce, a drizzle I would call that, some didn't even have any and it was too light to even get any on any other bites anyway. I would recommend they look at a recipe made by someone else before adding that to the menu and especially for $16.

Just ordered take out clam chowder soup, it is extremely cold. Why serving customer cold soup? Not even warm, it is colder than room temperature water. Ridiculous

Very positive experience at Earls Grande Prairie. We had the calamari, dynamite roll and the pizza. All were very tasty! Our waitress was very polite, friendly and hardworking as you could tell it was a busy night. In addition I was very impressed with the entire interior of the restaurant as it was well built and designed (especially the heated patio). I will definitely come again!

We went into have dinner this evening and we’re denied service because our kids did not have ID to go with their vaccine passports. We were not impressed that we were asked to produce ID for our teenage kids that do not have ID. We ended up leaving the restaurant. They didn’t even offer an alternative for us. There should be something in place for this. What’s the point of getting the passport to dine in when we can’t even use it? We are from out of town and were in Grande Prairie for an appointment.

We had our passports and we had Id our minor children did not. The passport program states that minors do not need to produce Id. Manager has not emailed me back.

Calamari was fantastic and I could even enjoy the dipping sauce as not made with dairy products. It was so delicious. Highly recommended.

I go there once in a while. It’s good and you have to wait for your food but I don’t really care for the wait all I care about is how good the food is! There steaks are the best. (My option) Thanks for the good food Earls Kitchen + Bar! Would recommend for everyone!

The buffalo cauliflower wins with the vegan ranch was a delicious appetizer. Happy hour frozen margaritas were good, and every worker who passed by our table was very accommodating. It was a lot of great food for a great price. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice. Recommend.thank you

Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Kristina was amazing and very knowledgable when it came to the menu. In spite of covid we (i and my +1) had a fantastic time.

Filled our evening with wine, food and good company! Kristina (our server) was well spoken, well versed in the foods and specials and quick to check in between drop offs of food and drinks. As a journeyman chef I can confirm the food was served in great affordable portions and with new flairs to the menu I have not seen here before (lobster ravioli). Great work and we will sure to be back again.

I live out of town but come to Grand Prairie to do my grocery shop and its a requirement to go to Earls in December because I enjoy dining at this place that goes ALL OUT for Christmas. The food and drinks are great here as well. We tried a few different appy's and enjoyed each one.

Our server went beyond our expectations. He was very friendly and welcoming. He made sure our drinks is always filled up even with the busy atmosphere. Definitely coming back. Hopefully, he is our server again!:)

Me and my brother are regulars at earls. No doubt the ambience is great, food is delicious and the service is always amazing. We always enjoy coming at earls and have a good time. I only have one complaint about one of the night manager i guess her name is Charmain, i have noticed from last 2-3 times that she is really rude to us. I dont know if she is like that only or she does that on purpose. I would really suggest that she gets better or you guys might loose many customers. Otherwise earls is great. Thanks
