Connor was great! Took great care of us and had some great recommendations for stuff to do! If you want great service request Connor the bartender/manager! Just came for a late night and got the tuna tataki and spin dip! Really liked the new nitro espresso martini
Overall I’d give this place 2 stars. Mainly, because the food is so overpriced and the bare average that you’d be waaay better off going to one of the actual local jasper restaurants, and getting an absolutely delicious local meal. Again the food isn’t bad but it’s not really better than anything I can make at home. I should have taken pictures, but our water glasses were so dirty we were uncomfortable to drink from them. We looked at the next two tables beside us and their water cups were also filthy. Kinda grossed me out and it was one of the only times I’ve ever felt totally comfortable to not give a single cent of a tip.
While in Jasper, we stopped at Earls for a quick drink and an app. We had the winter sangria and a Moscow mule with the street corn and avocado dip with chips and a half order of oysters. The sangria was wonderfully different and so delicious. You can't go wrong with a mule. Both apps we good. We had people around as who had odered entrees. Plate after pkate passed us and everyone looked amazing. I wish we had eaten lunch or dinner here. The view from the windows in this place can't be missed. The atmosphere was nice and low-key at the time we were there. They tables, booths and a bar top. If you're in town, totally stop here. The food and atmosphere are elevated.
The dinner at Earls, was not fancy, basic sirloin, (they only have sirloin) and salmon. If you want meat with your salt, this is the place for you. I could not finish my dinner. The crème brûlée was a solid 3 stars. However, the cost for the meal was outrageous.
The food was very good, which I highly recommend. The negative thing was that I only got a drink after 20 minutes and another 20 minutes later I was able to eat
Food was good, views were great as well. However the service was terrible. I am not sure if it’s because we were dressed more casually- but our server Josh basically ignored us while being extremely kind to the other tables around us. We waited 20 minutes just to get water. He didn’t check on us, as we wanted to order some drinks. It’s a shame to be treated this way
Service was terrible! Our server (Josh) walked past several times with an air of "oh, I forgot about that table". This server should be fired or demoted to dish washer.
The food was third class, I do not recommend eating pizza or burgers there. The pizza looked like it had come from the freezer from the supermarket across the street
Delicious in every way. Jasper has numerous excellent restaurant choices, and Earls is absolutely one of them. A clean washroom goes a long way to telling the story of how an establishment takes care of its customers and employees. Earls of Jasper are certainly in the top tier of that category. The food was fantastic. Drinks tasty, service, and ambience top knotch.
Alex our server was amazing! We came for our 2 year anniversary with my family as we were on holidays. He was very knowledgeable of both drinks and food and suggested items quickly and based on each of our preferences. Alex was very friendly and had amazing customer service. It was a busy night and he was on top of all the tables! I've worked in hospitality since I was 17 and he is definitely an asset to the industry! Food and atmosphere was also amazing! (Steaks, seafood platter, pasta, truffel fries, etc and dessert was amazing) Earl's Jasper is definitely a place to eat!
This was a really good experience for a chain restaurant and we liked our food a lot. It’s not a 5/5 experience for me just because one of our dishes wasn’t our favourite. But that’s what I expect from chain restaurants.
We had the best dining experience here out of our week long trip to the Canadian Rockies. We had incredible service from our waiter Javin. He was so helpful and accommodating and helped make the dining experience special. The burgers, steak, and tortellini were all delicious. The music and views on the patio were perfect and we had a great time.
View is quite beautiful from this restaurant! We've gone to many Earls locations in Calgary and knew we'd be fed well.though our service was very professional and friendly, we ordered an appetizer far in advance of our actual meal and it never came. We inquired whether it would be coming before our food. It was clear he then put the order in, brought it out once it was ready and then 3 minutes later brought our actual meals. The meals had been sitting there because they were all luke warm and I found a hair in my steak and sushi. They then had to take back 2/4 as the noodle bowl was actually cold, and re-make them. Our partners finished their meals before ours came back out. The manager brought them over, handed them out said "thanks for your patience" and walked away.they took a percentage off the bill but were quite disappointed that the manager didn't acknowledge the cold food or especially the meal with the hair in it. Definitely impacted the experience
