Three of us met for lunch. Each of us enjoyed what we had ordered to eat. It is a little noisy. However, they did recommend a quiet table. I would recommend it.

Been here many times over the years, but I've had to walk out of this restaurant twice now due to poor service. One time we got our food and had to wait like 5 minutes for cutlery! An agonizingly long time when you're hungry and your food is sitting there, getting cold in front of you. We had a couple items on the menu that we like but we go elsewhere now, the value isn't there.

Too bad Earls is relocating this restaurant. We could easily spend the entire afternoon at this patio but had to let others to enjoy too. This time we had the ahi Tuna Poke Bowl (main), crispy chicken tenders (appetizers), and beer and mojito (drinks). Great service and good quality food too. About $80 for two.

Wish I could give 10 stars I Went to Earls for a work get together and the staff was amazing, the service was on par and the food was amazing! I highly recommend this location, from the minute you walk in the staff is friendly and welcoming.

Had the Prawn Eggs Benedict could have used a few more prawns they were cut into pieces and scattered around the eggs taste was very nice. Service was okay. It is quite noisy with a larger lunch crowd.

We had a great time here. Food was delicious and overall experience was quite good. I do recommend the place to anyone who is in the area while shopping.

This Earls Kitchen has good food and drinks selection. The 2 times I've been here, both waitresses were nice and kind.
The place is clean, I actually witness them sanitizing the bench and table after customer finished and left the table. So yes, overall great place.

Ordered Calamari last night, and got more cauliflower than Calamari in the plate, and yet still paid the same price.

Horrible the fries weren't even cook threw cold a soggy and my truffle fries were for this morning and its 7 pm my chicken reminded me or fish

Earls in Willowpark has been my favourite restaurant for over a decade now. Their hot wings and calamari are to die for. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Sometimes it seems like there are too many people at the front entrance, but good food and friendly staff is all I really care about.

Prepared / to-go turkey dinner was subpar. The turkey was dry, and portions were unbelievably small.

Horrible, horrible service. 2 hours and the food never came but they still tried to charge for it. Floor managers were incredibly unpleasant to deal with. Would recommend any other Earls location over this place.

My son took me here for my birthday. Service was great. Wine was lovely. He ordered filet and crab cake and I ordered filet. Timely food presentation, however his crab cake was cold. Would have been a perfect son-mother date night.

Ivy was the best server! She was so friendly and gave us great service ️ we will definitely be back to sit in her section!

Ribs were good, asked for less sauce, got less sauce, hot food, good service, pricing just OK, noisy because there is no soft surfaces anywhere, typical of many restaurants.

The restaurant was fairly busy got in at 6: 00 pm and left after 10: 00 service was slow, probly due to large number of people in both patio and dining area. Some items on the menu were not available. I have had meals there before that were very good but this particular night was not great.

Loved their take-out. The food was amazing but I'm proud at their commitment to environmentally friendly takeout containers. Awesome!

This place brings me a lot of memories because I worked in this company for 5 1/2 years at Earls Tin Palace and honestly the food is amazing and great quality. After 8 years I have really enjoyed the dinner with my best friends celebrating our birthdays.

I almost never leave restaurant reviews but we met a server there who had to be recognized publicly. We had an adorable blonde by the name of Brittany-rose. She was very personable and friendly, confident on the menu, and made some great suggestions. The patio was full but she made sure we were always taken care of. Our drinks and food were fantastic. We had so much fun with her and you can tell she has been serving for awhile as her experience shows! Little hats off to her, we loved her and will be coming back to sit in her section!

Slow, confused service. I understand it's busy but we had about 5 different servers, none of whom communicate or can bring g out the right order. The seating is another complication. We kept being promised a bigger table as there's 3 of us sharing a tiny table. Anyhow after being told 3 times we were being moved the manager said no and that there is no communication. Oh and we had to ask 5 times for our drink order. Anyhow, great food but i don't recommend coming on a Friday or any other busy day

There Really Weren't Any Complaints! The steak Was Cooked To Perfection The Meals Were Amazing & the servers & staff their are super nice ️

Edit: I tried reaching out over three weeks ago to the email provided and never got a response.super professional. I've seen been warning friends to steer clear of this place and will continue to do so at this rate.

I've tried to go to this earls several times and a most visits ended up the same. Their hostess team is incredibly unprofessional, and we've left the restaurant without being served three times now. In the most recent visit, we were seated at a table that had far too much sunlight, so upon letting the waitress know, she said she'd ask the hostess and then left. This was after the waitress herself, switched a different table in front of us right, upon their request. We sat there for a full 7 minutes. The waitress walked past our table multiple times, avoiding eye contact, and the hostess just sat slouched over her station. I have no issue with waiting, it's that no one bothered to even slightly communicate with, or update us, and it wasn't busy by any means. We gave it another chance after being ignored the last time as well, but there's clearly some bias to who they serve.

Supposedly 3 stars because the dish we ate was not consistent with the quality we were expecting. Partially eaten only. Added back one star because the manager was gracious enough to deduct that mistake from our bill. Earl's is still our favorite restaurant but not this branch.

Went out on a date night for the first time in a long while. Service was fine but the food was gross. Wife had a filet that was not edible and my Cajun steak I could have received from a pub on a steak sandwich for an 8th of the price and much better. A very overpriced and disappointing meal. Back to the Keg! Ps: we started with the spinach dip. I’ll send you my recipe. That was gross.

Very disappointed that due to this establishment not having a tablet turned on, an order for eight guests was completely missed.

While human error happens, respecting time and recognizing the mistake is always appreciated.

Will reconsider pre-ordering at this location.

We give ivy 5 stars for her excellent service and beautiful personality. We give earls 4 stars as their coleslaw was not good and the margarita half price menu was misleading. Ivy’s service would make us come back:)

Me and My husband went there for a date night recently after covid. We were so disappointed with their food. It was way over priced and for fine dinning it was very ordinary. They had 4 shrimps with dry over cooked pasta & was about $30. My husband ordered steak which was too dry. He didnt like it & was about $40. We are happy to pay if the food is worth. It was after 3 years we went back to give it a try. It reminded us why we quit going there in the first place.

The food was delicious. But when we arrived the patio was almost empty, the hostess said to wait 15 minutes if we wanted to sit outside.we are thinking they want to wipe the table or wait for someone to leave, but no, we just waited for some unknown reason. At first server confused the size of the beer we ordered, then she forgot to bring the cutlery with the meal.but this is not a problem, everything was resolved. But at the end we got a bill and it was $ 30 more than it should have been. We saw it 5 minutes after we paid. Showed her this bill and she said that she could not change anything. As a result, she brought us this cash and said that they don't do that. She was so mad and unprofessional. I will return to this place, but now I will always check my bill.

I love the young lady named Meghan. She was so sweet and we request so many times for so many things, with the smile on her face she served us well. We really was very happy with her friendly attitude. Wish her all the best. Because of her we will come back again. Thank you. We all were happy.

Worst service I have ever experience we got here at 6: 30 didn’t get are food till 8 and then brought out the food and me and my friend ordered the same thing and they were not the same at all. She said she would talk to the kitchen then avoided us the whole time and wouldn’t make eye contact with us. The server we had was name Brittany. Will never come again.

Hostess didn't take our name when we came in at 4: 20pm with no other groups around. Then another group came in after us and she took their name then decided to take our name and put our name in after the group behind us. She also screwed up on the number of people in our party. Hostess was nice enough person but shouldn't be hosting if she can't keep things like that straight and fair. As a result she gave the first table to come up, that was in the lounge area, which we would have much preferred, to the other groupthat came in after us then a table in the dinning area to us. We really wanted to be in the more active lounge area and were upset. Our waitress for supper was great and the food was wonderful, too bad the hostess tainted our experience.

Great food but the online order pick up area is very small and crowded and does not respect the 6ft distancing restrictions.

Amazing customer service! Always had a great time coming whether for business or with friends. Always friendly and courteous. Great location and amazing atmosphere.

I generally love Earls but since the pandemic this is my first time back. They have changed their recipes quite a bit. The spinach dip was runny and the burger was absolutely disgusting I give it two stars for the service

The staff are all nerds and know way too much about human psychology. Run away as fast as you can.

Ordered a 9 ounce steak for 30 dollars. Was the same size as a 6 ounce steak my dad got the same night from a local pub. Deffintly wont order from here again. Restaurants get away with giving you terrible portion sizes when ordered from a delivery service. This is like the 5th different restaurant thats done this. Its not 9 ounces and its a scam. As well, my mother had the exact same meal at the exact same place at the restaurant itself, and it was clearly bigger and clearly a 9 ounce steak. Do not order food for delivery from restaurants. You do not get your monies worth.

I tried the same salmon and rice at south crossing and it was delicious! However, the one at this location was not as good since the salmon was way too salty (went over board on the cajun and salt seasonings) and the jasmine rice was bland.

Chicken sandwich really recommended. One warning is that the restaurant doesn’t follow Covid restrictions. At the entrance several people were crowded in a small place and staff doesn’t check if groups are from one household.

We had one of the best experiences dining out at a restaurant since all the Covid restrictions. Best experience at earls ever had and it was all because of Ivy! Easily the most charismatic, fun and engaging waitress, our drinks were always full.

The spinach dip and ceasers is the one reason we always return, now Ivy is our favourite waitress.

Will most certainly be returning and recommending to friends and family. Thanks again for the exceptional dining experience Ivy!

Just wanted to share that we had the most friendly and amazing server last night! Laura was great at recommending dishes for the vegetarian in our group and was fast & efficient. Two thumbs up!

Great place to pick up take out. My favourite is the
Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and Sticky Toffee Chocolate Pudding. I would 100% recommend!

Clam chowder was good, margarita pizza was luke warm.the huge deal was the Kung Pow dish.the server set it down and I asked him does that look good to you? He said not at all
. The food was grey.the veggies and shrimp had a disgusting grey hue.the manager refunded our meal even though she didn't even look at the Kung Pow that my gf refused to even touch.

Went to this location with hesitation. The only reason we returned to an Earl's was because someone gifted us a card. I am so happy we tried this one instead of going back to 130th. The MacLeod Trail location had flawless execution of a wonderful meal. Amazing service from someone who really loves it to perfectly cooked meals and a line that looked like they were having a good time, we were blown away. We will be coming back. Earls is good. I used to work there as a teen and I still carry goodwill towards the place. But my recent experiences with my family are still good.

It used to be a very loud place, but it seems quieter now.

Large restaurant and bar, decent and new-ish decore. Staff was friendly and attentive. Lots of parking, including underground. Great happy hour.

I came in for a quick beer and a snack after work earlier this week. Not only was I greeted by friendly hostesses and bartenders but by the friendly guests who were sitting at the bar. I gained a sense that this Earls has created a welcoming and social culture that made you feel very “at-home”. My service was excellent and the quality of my food was exceptional. Kudos to the staff and management of this restaurant for running such a great establishment!

Earl's Willowpark continues to leave me unimpressed and unsatisfied. Service is much below average and the food follows suit. You'd be better to try the Moxie's across the street.

Food was average. Not saying good as use to be. Three of order different dish. Non of use were very happy.

Not very fast to say the least. Had to ask for butter so we could butter our own toast. And it took forever to get a few condiments.

Food was not too bad, have had better experience at other earls locations. Service was delayed, waiting a long time till we could order our food and when we got the food the burgers were dry, fries not seasoned. The waiter did not come to check up on us and never refilled our waters throughout the whole meal.

Came in for happy hour, great prices and great portions, had Megan has our sever absolutely amazing so funny and friendly would come back anytime she works!

Was never a fan but I have to admit dinner was really good. I had the blacken chicken with hot potato salad and coleslaw. Very very good, and so was the service. Not loving the atmosphere, it is loud and very open. But I will be back for the chicken.

Quite the delay in getting seated, or even greeted, when we walked in. But once that got figured out, everything was great.

Enjoyed some after work happy hour drinks and appetizers with a group of about 15 ladies. They were able to accommodate us easily. Service was quick and food was delicious as always!

Always decent food and beer prices, great for happy hour. Service is unbelievably bad pretty consistently. Waited for 20 mins for my bill whilst watching the server chatting up a table so after the wait I go to the bartender to remind her to bring my bill, and she nods says "yeah no problem" and walks right past my server. Another 10 mins go by and I go to the bartender who finally waves her down (Couldn't do that first time eh) and then i get my bill where the minimum tip for that service is 15% lol.

Ten minute wait just to get seated.i’ve been to many earls in calgary and this is by far the worst one.service is unbelievably slow.i do not reccomend coming here at all.
