We had an awesome lunch on 10th January, where our server Alanna guided us so well that we had one of th best experience in Earls ever.
Food was awesome with great ambience & as it was my birthday the small cake with candle as asked during reservation was perfect icing we could have asked for. Superb experience

Destiny at Crossroads Earls was fabulous. Her section was very busy and yet she took time to make our service personal and enjoyable. The food was delicious as always.

Was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by your bartender. Their attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and skillful mixology made the visit truly memorable. The personalized recommendations showcased a level of professionalism that set him apart. Thanks Julian! We'll be coming back because of you!

Food is average but prices are high. Waiter was amazing and really funny. Took a long time to get seated even with a reservation and was a bit loud

Aesthetically this is my favourite Earls in Edmonton but the experience was disappointing. First I reserved a table and asked for table seating not high top. We had to wait 20 minutes and there were a couple other families waiting which I couldn't understand, there were tons of empty tables. Then we were seated at a high top which I specifically asked not for when I reserved. The server or host guy knocked my drink over me bringing the food to the table and just asked if I wanted napkins? That could've been better handled an apology for one or replacing the drink would've been nice. Then he brings the dessert over with two filthy spoons clearly previously used. I called another server over and showed her she apologized and brought us clean cutlery. Not great, better luck next time hopefully

I have been going to this earl's for quite some time and you can always count on a great meal, wonderful service and fun atmosphere. The restaurant is great, but the bar side is more lively and the patio is fantastic!

We had Raelene as our server, she is very pleasant and had great recommendations! We will for sure be back.

Amazing! Third time visiting.our last experience was unfortunately not so good. However, these folks take customer feedback very seriously and redeem themselves big time. This time around everything from service to food to vibes was amazing.

We frequent this Earl’s often. This remains the most consistent Earl’s of all! Excellent service, excellent food. Our server, Ola, was delightful and attentive! We always enjoy her service! I lost my ring in the garbage this evening while drying my hands and manager (Lord of the Rings) Joe, retrieved it for me. I’m so very grateful! True heart in the staff here!

I guess the only way to get server Kat's attention is if you were a guy. Expect her to mess up your simple food modifications, keep forgetting about your drink, and basically ignore you throughout the duration of your meal. I understand it might get busy, but a simple apology ''I am sorry I keep forgetting about your drink'' would have been sufficient, especially when she had no problem checking up on all her tables with guys, but kept ignoring ours every time.

Service was disappointing during lunch. Ordered water with lemon, and was brought a cup with three lemons but no water. We waited close to 10 minutes until I asked someone clearing the table next to us to grab us water. About 15.maybe 20 minutes later our server finally appeared to take our food orders. Our food was dropped off and we didn't see our server until we paid. I had to find our server to get the bill. Food quality was fine though.

We just ordered dinner for 3 and will most definitely not be returning. We had the Thai chicken curry that came without chicken and portion wise was not worth close to the 23$ they charge. The buffalo cauliflower was good if not a bit greasy but again at 15$ and for 4 maybe 5 florets not worth it. The chicken tendies were good and priced fairly. The artisan bread is flavorless and the garlic fries were subpar. All said and done if it wasn't for the chicken tendies it would of been a hard 1. Look elsewhere for better quality/value.

I had recently ordered the chicken tenders for delivery for dinner, and had never had it at Earl's before.

While the breading was very nice, not too messy and had flavor, it seemed as if the chicken had no kind of seasoning and was bland. But not the kind of bland with no hope left, it's a blank canvas. The chicken is still waiting for a masterpiece to be painted on it, and I know there's tons of potential. With the right seasoning, these chicken tenders could be really great.

I rate it 7/ 10 chicken tenders.

While I would rate it 3 stars, I've changed it to 4 as the other entree's my family had ordered were very good as usual.

Showed up not expecting a whole lot, based on my experiences at other Earls locations in the city, however this spot left an impression. My one gripe with Earls is that sometimes the staff can be a bit over-zealous in their approach, which is a lot better than being ignored, to be sure, but. There needs to be a balance struck and this location is a great example, where the staff are not approaching every 2 minutes, but are also not outright ignoring you, which is very important for a dining experience like this. At one point, the people beside us were being pretty loud and the waitress kindly moved us across the restaurant after approaching us with the request, we didn't even have to ask and it is moments like that, that define a great experience.

Menu wise, there is something here for everyone, but you are probably coming here for a nice dinner and wine, which you will find. Instagram: jasonvanjason587

I got the spicy tuna roll and was not the biggest fan- would recommend something else to eat. Fan of Earls in general. A variety of options on their menu. Nice, clean vibe.

I go here all the time with my mom for wine, never had a bad experience! Most recently Michaela was our waitress and was awesome! She was super busy but still took great care of us! 10/10

Earls is okay, but it gives me a weird feeling. The restaurant and staff seem very superficial. The servers are always young, Caucasian, good looking, skinny, scantily dressed and female. I never see any diversity here, it seems like they only hire one type of person and it’s all based on looks. They don’t really talk or seem to care like most other restaurants, just a fake smile. The food is good sometimes, other times just okay. I gave 3 stars for having different food options (vegetarian, gluten-free, vegan, etc.) which is always good for people with allergies or intolerances. I haven’t been here in quite awhile as this place makes me feel uncomfortable and judged. Hard to explain I guess. It is a bit pricy as well, but no different than Joey’s or Moxie’s prices.

Picked up my order due to covid, drive home was 15 minutes, food was almost still hot, even the soup didn’t need to be warmed up. Good clam chowder, a little expensive for the portion. Calamari was really good, a mix of rings and whole squid, lots of garnish. The street tacos are awesome too.

Food was cold. Was told not aloud to serve alcohol, even though a table that arrived after we were seated were served alcohol. When we asked about it, we were told they ordered before 10pm. We ordered at 9: 50.

Really like Earls, and really like this location. Very welcoming the moment you walk in the door. Service is always prompt and professional. Food is delicious and consistent. Always happy when I leave this place as it is top notch. Highly recommend going when in the area. Will definitely be back

Had an absolutely amazing experience the food was to die for the ribs or mouthwatering I can't even explain how wonderful these ribs were so good and the Caesar absolutely amazing kind of out of 10 for me

Lauren was being very rude to us. She took plates away while we were eating. So make sure everyone hold there plates while eating, so she can’t take that away.

My time tonight at Earls Crossroads was perfect. I was meeting with an old friend and Darrah was the perfect combo of customer service, letting us have our time to talk and a friendly smile (with her eyes due to the mask). Thanks Earls and thanks Darrah for making this a great night out.

Great place to dine-in, during these Covid-19 times. Partitions, masks, table spacing, optional digital menus, hand cleaner. And the food (burger) was excellent. Service was good, with the exception of the fact I had to ask for black pepper for my salad, and then not getting it until my meal was done. When did it become trendy to not have S&P on every table, or at least nearby? Why should it take 15 mins to get a thimble of pepper? Grrr.
I will be back.

There service is always top notch. Friendly staff and manager came by to check on us. Didn’t get his name but a wonderful young man. We go during happy hour for the specials to save a few dollars.

My wife and I came in for happy hour and to celebrate our anniversary. I got my usual the sante fe chicken salad and my wife got the Cajun chicken sandwich with garlic fries. We both enjoyed our meals and received great service from our waitress Olivia despite it being very busy. I had also noticed this location has gone through renovations, which have really classed the place up.

Went for brunch during happy hour and it was a great decision. It was very affordable to order a plate of food along with a mimosa. Very clean and friendly servers! Will definitely come back for another great deal!

This place never fails to deliver amazing food! Really disapointed that the plain cheesecake with strawberries is only a seasonal dessert as it my favourite thing here, but you can bet I will be back when it is in the making again! Come here if you want great food and great service.:)

Awful service, beautiful place but very disappointing that my friends and I have been here for two hours and have not gotten our food and drinks took along time to arrive as well. Very disappointed.

Came here one afternoon. Had very good service. Wait staff were very accommodating & quick to fix my friend's meal complaint.
Can't wait to return in the summer when their little cabanas are set up!

Went there around 2: 50 pm. Totally waste of time. Spend more than half hour for order. Right now its 3: 30 and the waitress just said that the order did nt reach kitchen and it will take another 10 mins for order. WOW.like literally! Kindly Train your staff first.left the store aftr spending this much time with no food. Never coming back! Totally disgraceful.

Was extremely surprised at the service we received. I came in with a friend after skating outside so obviously weren't wearing very dressy clothes. But to be treated the way we were, I don't think it's right. I get that we don't look like everyone else there at the time due to our circumstance. But to have to ask for cutlery for everything we ordered and then over and over for napkins. Waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes for our food when it was fairly empty and telling the waitress our entire order right when we got there. Leaving our completely empty appetizer plate there even after starting our meal 1 hour and 15 minutes in. Having to ask for refills of water to other waitresses as we waited for our food or our waitress to even once during that time come check up on us. Which by the way she only showed up twice in the beginning to give us water and take our order. Then 1 hour and half later to bring a machine so we could pay.

I never thought I would be writing a review like this for Earl's. Although we don't really come to this location very often, the last time was probably about a year ago, Earls has always been my friend's and my self's go to restaurant. We go to the South Common location quite frequently and after the service we received at this location can Se us coming back, but we will continue to go to the South Common one. The only reason I even gave it 2 stars is the food is still good.
