Zach was a fantastic sever, he was very efficient and knowledgeable. Brought smiles and laughter across all my friends! Was the best experience!

Had a wonderful experience. The hostess (Neve) was absolutely wonderful when she greeted me and led me to my table. She even went to check if they had any mint tea and put the order through even though she wasn't my waitress. Wonderful end to a Sunday night.

We had a simple late lunch here and everything we ordered tasted fresh and delicious. We love it that they added a good amount of fresh vegetables in every dish. Ambiance was nice and not too packed, as we went there after peak hours. Our server was very friendly and fast to serve us. A nice place to enjoy a meal with my family.

The food is great for the most part.
1. I think the steak frites can be a bit of a hit or miss because there are times it comes out under or overdone.
2. Having a little more consistency with the salt in dishes. Sometimes, the dishes are a bit too salty, and it can become overwhelming.

Overall, it's a good place to dine in!

We enjoyed an amazing pre theatre Supper (Hadestown) celebrating a very special 16th Birthday.
Julia (our server) went above & beyond including having a Earls Birthday card at the table as well as covering the Birthday girl's dessert.

Julya was excellent. She was very attentive to our needs. Service was quick, food was tasty.

A bit trivia, Earls has 70plus branches all over Canada and the USA. I visited 3 different branches, two in Edmonton and another one in Virginia, the layout is as follows: a bar lounge area separated from the dining area. The menu, surprisingly, is the same. The Cajun Oven Baked Salmon is a highly recommended dish. The sushi plate is something which can be shared by about 4 people. Drinks are a bit smaller than what you normally expect. Staff are okay.

Our server Emerson was fantastic, she was attentive, knowledgeable and very personable we would come back just for her great service!

Big crowd this Sunday most of whom are probably attending the concert at the Jube tonight. We were a little tight for time but our server, Julia, was amazing. She got our our orders in quickly and the food came quickly and was excellent. Julia was attentive without being obtrusive. She was very efficient but seemed unhurried and was very friendly. An excellent prelude to the concert.

We popped in after a show at the Jub and were served by Alyssa. She was amazing, clearly an asset to the establishment.

Our server, Julia, was really great when we had our dinner. The food was amazing! Ordered the new truffled parmsesan chicken. It was really good. The risotto that it comes with was done beautifully! You can't go wrong ordering truffled fries as well. It's a bit noisy atmosphere because of the music, so it's hard to hear if you're on a big group.

The food was good, but the standout was my server Abdel. He was so helpful & nice, and he checked on us/took our dishes very regularly, even though it was extremely busy. He offered great advice for selections, & just all-around was a delight!

I went to Earls recently on campus last Thursday, and I had one of the nicest servers I have had. I’m pretty sure her name was Alyssa. She was very patient with me as I was indecisive on what to order, she gave me suggestions and didn’t rush me at all. She made great conversation and I certainly wasn’t disappointed with her suggestion (pulled chicken clubhouse). Overall great experience, great service, and delicious food.

The environment is very suitable for gatherings, but the portions are average, the price is not cheap, the taste is too salty, and the presentation is not elegant enough

I had the most AMAZING server! He is single handedly the main reason I want to come back. Abdel was so kind and speaks to the inviting environment of this restaurant. Easily the best server I’ve ever had. 10/10 server and 10/10 person!

Me and a few friends came for some drinks and food after a game and had Abdel as a server. He is FANTASTIC! Absolutely amazing, made our night 10x better.
Will definitely come back just to be in his section.

As a student, Earls campus is the best place around to unwind, meet with friends and study. I’ve been to this location several times and the employees are always amazing. Abdel was my most recent server and he definitely made the experience memorable, super friendly and amazing service that you can’t find anywhere else. Love this earls and will continue going back.

I had a fantastic dining experience at Earl's in Edmonton. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed evening out. I highly recommend trying their diverse menu and don't miss their signature cocktails. I'll definitely be returning soon!
