Early Learning Childcare

We truly lucked out with this childcare facility. Wait time was minimal for our two children. Facility is well-maintained and decent. There is a nice outdoor play area with a garden and the area is age-divided so toddlers and babies are separated from the older children. Most importantly, the staff (Vanessa, Ange, Christina, Cynthia and Merridy) plus the manager (Sherry) have been a delight to deal with. They not only provide regular updates about our children's sleeping/eating routines, but also share fun moments and discuss any issues. We have had interactions with other staff from as well; everyone is very pleasant and professional. The StoryPark app is updated daily with stories and pictures of activities that the children have done each day. The meal and snack menu is changed on a seasonal basis with adjustments here and there to discard unpopular items. Overall, we are very satisfied with this daycare and we feel confident that our children are being well looked after.

Such a warm, welcoming, loving environment. The staff are amazing and I never had any concerns leaving my child with them. We received daily updates and photos. My little one was always excited at drop-off!

In 2017, We decided to enrol our first child at ELC; as it is such an amazing place, we also enrolled our second child in 2021.

The teachers are so nice and really care for our kids, they plan daily activities that always look like so much fun.

They use Storypark app to keep us updated on the fun activities our children have enjoyed - the stories include photos and a detailed description about the activity and which skills the activities are teaching our children. It is easy to see how they meet & exceed the Early Learning Syllabus. The app is secure and only parents of enrolled children have access to it.

When started at ELC in 2017, we lived a lot closer so it was very convenient. In 2018, we moved further away so it takes a longer to get to daycare, but we really do not mind this at all, because what the daycare provides far outweighs the extra travel time.

If I mentioned every single thing we love about ELC, this review would be huge, so if you are looking for a daycare I would 100% recommend to go visit Early Learning Child Care.

Our son has been attending ELC since he was 11 months old. It feels great to drop him off every day knowing that he'll be spending his time away from his parents with loving teachers in an environment that's so educational and enriching. ELC feels like an extension of our family.

The team at ELC has worked hard to foster a warm environment and culture, and it shows.

Also, he eats better than I do while he's there! It's so reassuring (not to mention a huge workload-reducer for me) knowing that he gets nutritious snacks and lunch every day.

I've recommended ELC to everyone I know who's looking for great care for their kids.

Having worked in only one other daycare before Early Learning, I had no idea of the programs that could be implemented and the extra care that could be provided to children. I'm so happy that I made the move and joined the Early Learning team, as I now have a second family not only in the staff, but the parents of the children in our care too. You can see that the teachers here really care for every child, proving it in their relationships with the children. Highly recommend to both parents looking for care, as well as daycare teachers looking for a new place to work.

I was dreading my return to work (despite loving my job) because I didn’t think my very-attached, sensitive one-year-old baby was ready for daycare.

Fast-forward five months and that baby loves being at the Early Learning Centre as much (possibly more!) than being at home.

Initially we chose it because the space is beautiful and we loved the open-concept, all of the children seemed relaxed and happy there, and we appreciated the daycare’s use of Baby Connect and Story Park for updates.

We love it now because of all those things but above and beyond anything else, we love it because of the staff.

Every single person working there has gone further than we even dared to hope to welcome our daughter, get to know our family, and truly make us feel like they treasure our child as much as we do.

They are our extended family and we could not be more comfortable and satisfied with the care, nurturing, stimulation and affection our daughter is getting there.

My daughter has been attending Early Learning Childcare for a few months now and my husband and I are so happy with the care she is receiving. She absolutely loves to visit her "friends" during the week and has made a connection with the amazing staff who clearly have a true heart for the children. We are super impressed with how focused they are on educating the kids and how many new things our daughter learns each day and comes home to share with us. The staff work together as a team which is key in this type of environment and there is great communication with parents. We are just so happy to have a trustworthy place for our daughter to learn and grow!
