Many creds and thanks to the hardworking staff here. PJ is amazing she was making a kid laugh during his examination and was telling us how to manage our flu. The doctors are very professional as well and gave us what we needed.
I would recommend coming earlier rather then later, they do have to close the clinic to patients once they reach full capacity, but if you can avoid going to the ER this is a good place.

Was advised to go here by an 811 agent for a procedure. Even though the clinic didn’t offer the procedure I needed, the staff there were friendly, outgoing, and patient with everyone I saw go in. The Nurse that triaged me (PJ) was so kind! She phoned another clinic to make sure they do the procedure and check on the wait time for me before I left. She asked me questions about my symptoms and offered some medical advice that no Dr has offered me in the 3 years I’ve been dealing with said symptoms. Thank you!

We took our mother in to have her leg assessed. The nurses and doctors were amazing, compassionate and so nice. We didn’t have to wait too long either which is a bonus

The staff here was the best I've ever seen at any doctor or medical place ever. So kind and funny and professional. Both triage nurses were so nice and I listened to PJ talk to each person as if she knew everyone, making everyone laugh, very kind, handing out stickers and just being pleasant.

The doctor was fast and nice and just had an excellent persona. The lady that put me in the room offered me water, a blanket and reassurances.

The waiting room chairs were comfy and the bathroom was clean and the lobby was easy to find.

Very good experience here. I appreciate all the staff so much, being sick is stressful enough. They really made a difference.

Went during Covid about one yr ago. Initial Triage RN was awfully rude to me. I was upfront w/ her & told her all I really need was a note to be sick from work she scoffed at me. This is a rule of my employer I said I don’t make the rules- surly as a nurse she can understand this working under the health professions act herself? She basically gave me a hard time & told me I am wasting resources. I stood my ground & told her I cannot see patients myself if I am sick & my employers policies are in no way my creation. I definitely was treated like I was inferior. Shape up! I’m paying taxes & deserve medical care w/o difficulty. Also noticed a prominent member of the media (well known) waiting to be seen I wonder if that individual was treated in the same manner?

First time I came here it was great got triaged and seen right away. I was told to come back for a follow up X-ray I was the first person in line and first one triaged and still pushed to the end. I wouldn’t come here again for the simple fact that if you need a follow up you will be forgotten about.

Went here for a broken arm. There was 11 people ahead of me to be registered and several other waiting to be seen. Was impressed with the efficiency and smooth flow. In total I was there for 3 hours tops with xrays and cast.

Arrived with my 17 yr old at 6pm and still have not even seen a nurse it is now almost 10pm, but there is over 8 staff members just sitting around socializing and this is why the wise use of our Healthcare system is failing, no accountability

Went there with what I thought was a badly bruised hip and sprain, didn’t have to wait very long, X-rays showed a fractured hip in 2 places, doctors & staff were excellent, they arranged a transfer to a different hospital where I had hip replacement surgery the next day,

I have a shard of glass in my foot that I have been unable to get out myself for months. My family doctor will not help me as this is out of their scope. Urgent care is the best fit as this is non emergent but still requires a scalpel, lidocaine and likely sutures. I arrived around 5: 45pm on April 14th and was promptly checked in. I understood that my situation is likely the least emergent case to walk in the door and therefor will be the last to be seen so was prepared to wait. Around 8pm I was brought into a treatment room and the nurse who checked me in popped in twice afterwards to say “don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten you”, the last time around 10: 30pm. Another hour or so goes by, I still hadn’t been seen by the doctor but knew there was a cardiac patient and they were officially closed and trying to discharge people. At midnight, I used the washroom and got a dear caught in the headlights look from the three nurses standing at the nurses station. One of them comes to ask what my name is. I hear some talking and they realize they discharged me at 10: 30pm and are sorry and don’t know what happened. I was asked if I can come back another day to wait another 7 hours. The glass in my toe will never be simple enough for a family doctor but never emergent enough to matter. The emergency room in a hospital is 24 hours so I will always get bumped so urgent care is really my only option. Waiting 7 hours multiple times is my only option. I guess we just don’t pay enough taxes for my toe to matter. Maybe I should just name the glass Wilson or Bob and accept that it’s going to be with me for life.

I went to the urgent care clinic due to dizziness and difficulty breathing. I got there at 5: 00 and was triaged and registered within 15 minutes of arriving. Due to my symptoms, I was put into a room quite quickly (within 20 minutes of arriving). Once put into the room I was assessed by a very kind nurse. The doctor came to see me shortly after the nurse assessed me and order a few tests. I had all of my tests done within 30 minutes, the longest part was waiting for the tests to be reviewed and for the doctor to have time to see me to go over the results. All said and done I was at the clinic for around 3.5 hours, which I think is fantastic considering that's how long I likely would have waited at an Emergency room before I would even get to see a doctor.

Very grateful for this clinic and will definitely go back should I ever need to.

My best advice would be to call 811 before you go to this clinic or to Emergency to make sure your symptoms require urgent care, otherwise, you may be waiting quite a long time.

Nursing staff were excellent. Dr barely did an exam. My left side of my face was swollen with ear pain +. Treated like looking for narcotics, all I wanted was antibiotics. Didn't need narcotics. Worked in an ER for 25 years. Never would treated a patient so poorly

Waited four hours to be completely dismissed and diagnosed with ”dizziness” despite having a persistent headache for two weeks. Very disappointing and disheartening experience. I’d go somewhere else if I was you

We called before coming and checked their website, they said they are open until 10: 30. We Uber here and they told us they close at 7: 45pm. Not a pleasant visit especially when you injured yourself and expected to be treated

Dr. Orimalade was my doctor for years. But he just dropped off the face of the Earth. I've been trying to get my meds refilled for 3 months.

Don't bother coming here.

I came here with some pretty serious health problems and saw doctor Olumide Fakulujo. I had a bunch of tests done and was never contacted about my results even thought he said he would call me. No one reached out to let me know that I had a staph infection. I had to find out from logging in to Alberta health link and reviewing my file. I got the tests done over a month ago and now because no one contacted me I will have to go through hours of testing all over again because I am being refused treatment due to the fact that the diagnosis was made over a month ago and NO ONE CONTACTED ME TO LET ME KNOW. This is honestly the most insanely irresponsible clinic I have ever witnessed. Please do not trust that doctor or this clinic.

The best Health Centre. I got all my testing done and all the staff were extremely nice to deal with. I definitely will be back here. Extremely great parking as well.

Probably the worst urgent care facility I have ever been too. We were waiting over 5 hours for my daughter to get a prescription for a yeast infection and decided to just leave. Would not recommend to anyone. Staff does not give a $&@“ and clearly hate their jobs.

The amount of treatment I received for my medical issue was amazing. I had to come a couple of times for follow up medical treatment. No one was rude, short tempered, emotional, no rolling of the eyes. And listening and discussing. This is the way a critical care clinic should operate and treat patients.

Years ago they were great they were quick and helped me with my broken foot. X rayed it quickly let me know how it was looking. But this last time I went I was exposed to blackmold and the doctor didn't seem to even check me or anything. Thought it to be no big deal. I don't know w3re to go or how to deal with this I feel very hurt they didn't guide me in the right direction as to what to do next.

Great staff, great service, clean and well maintained. Clinics were never my favorite place to visit but, if I must this is my choice.
