Poonam is an absolute delight! I visit this location on a regular basis for work purposes, and I have never had an issue. Poonam is always kind, welcoming, incredibly helpful, and easy to get along with. She has gone above and beyond in assisting with challenging situations and always finds a solution. I would absolutely recommend this location, it is easy to get to, there is always parking, and staff is great.

Great service and Poonam was a delight to deal with! I was picking up a prepaid shipping box that she then put together for me right on the spot so I could package my items and drop it off for shipping at the same time, saving me another trip. Thank you!

The owner Rajesh is a very nice, friendly, polite and most importantly is a responsible man. You will not worry your package will get lost. The location is good too. Easy to park your car to drop or pick up your package, and it is close to my office. I'll say this is the best courier depot for me. BTW, I like Rajesh's hair style as well. LOL

On one instance my package was accidentally delivered to another location and he was kind enough to call the other location and ask them to drop it off at this location so I can pick it up at this location! Raj and Poonam go above and beyond! I moved home from Calgary to Toronto and shipped all my boxes via Purolator. They always remembered me, had my addresses stored. I recently had to contact Poonam as I lost my receipts for these boxes. I had submitted these expenses as moving expenses and the Canada Revenue Agency requested these. Poonam located the receipts for me in a timely manner, saving me from paying the CRA. They are a very kind couple.support local businesses!

Rajesh is very friendly and efficient. He is very professional and super nice. I was with my two years old son last week and he offered him free stickers which made his day.

Incredibly Rude, Went to pick up my Common-Laws package with my ID that Clearly shows the identical address. I had already signed for the package and he then goes on to say that only she can pick up items for our address. I purchased the item which he refused

Rajesh is very friendly and kind. He helped tape up my box for me and put the return label on - meaning I didn't need to buy a roll of tape for one package. I'd highly recommend him. You can park right in the Holy Cross lot and he is located right inside. Couldn't be easier.

This was my second time coming here, Rajesh was so friendly and helpful both times. I needed help packaging a large awkward item and he didn't hesitate to help me, he just jumped in and got it done. He also offered to help carry the heavy items for me. He is very nice and I will go back.

Don’t use EASTERN WORLDWIDE INC services they are not DHL or fedex or purolator just an Indian basement store with no clue of what he is doing he gave me the Post service and ended being overcharged for a package that was re delivered to my address because he put my Adress as delivery. When I got backed there only thing he did is yelled at me. Ask for his name and buisness card wouldn’t give it to me. Saying he is the owner of the place which he is clearly not.

Went at 12.15 to pick up a package to find it was closed for their “12.30-1.30” lunch hour. Guess someone decided to take lunch early. Also, update your hours - clearly you are not open 9-7 M-F

The location is pretty convenient. There is lots of parking, but I was unclear whether I had to pay or not. I opted to park in front with my hazards on. I'm not recommending this approach but luckily the service was quick and effective so I didn't get in trouble. The man in charge (Rajesh) is super friendly, too

The location is in the middle of Mission, with a good parking space. Good service, Raj is the owner and he is very helpful about costumer service, and another time I posted an international package without problem too.

I have been to this location of Eastern Worldwide Inc a couple of times to get my Purolator shipments. I have found Rajesh to be professional and very helpful. On one occasion I reached the location just as Rajesh was closing the office, but he did not hesitate at all to go back and find my package. Very good customer service from him!

Convenient location for people living downtown. The service here is gracious, professional, and patient, which is wonderful at the best of times, but especially a few days before Christmas 2020. What a pleasant experience! I had to return a large box through Fed Ex and Rajesh was so helpful. The print out of the bar codes weren't reading so i emailed the link for Rajesh once i returned home and he printed them out for me and took care of it. He went out of his way to help. He restores my faith in customer service!

Outstanding service. As a teacher who is currently in self-isolation due COVID-19, I was worried that because I had missed my delivery date I would be unable to receive my package. I called the Holy Cross location and was immediately put at ease by Rajesh, who jumped into action and came up with a plan to ensure that I would receive my package immediately. After a long and stressful week it was wonderful to speak with Rajesh, who was professional, responsive, accommodating, and incredibly kind.

So I called because by mistake, they send my package there. Purolator send a notification 3 times to be send. They never send it. I Call and they ask me for 2 minutes they leave me 25 minutes on hold. In the meanwhile I can hear the guy but never pick the call again. After he just hang up and they never answered the phone again. Worst service ever.

Great location to pick up packages with ample parking available. The person who helped me pick up my package was in good spirits.

Very disappointed with this location. My business shipments are received here and it’s always a disaster when I pick up. Today I was shipping an item and needed a small box. The owner got a USED box from the shelf which I was appreciative of and I filled out the waybill. After I was done he said that will $10 for the box! For a tiny, pre used box. I couldn’t believe it. I paid via credit card for the box but said I needed a receipt. He said it will be emailed to me in 10 mins.

The email never came so I called back later and he said he will sent again. I got an email that just said, “Confirmation that you paid $10 cash for the box”.

Firstly, I paid credit card, and secondly, I need the receipt, so I emailed back and said I needed the actual copy of the receipt. He then sent me, “receipt of confirmation you paid for the box” with no receipt or anything attached!

So now I’m out $10 for a tiny used box because I am unable to claim. Will tell my company to ship my items elsewhere. Dishonest business.

Great service and central location for picking up packages in mission/cliff bungalow! I had trouble finding the office and called Rajesh who answered right away and gave excellent directions.

It's a great location, very convenient to reach by public transport. The person in charge is very friendly and helpful. I often come here to pick the packages. I advice the owner of the shop to please put up a more visible board outside so that people can easily locate it! Thanks
