DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE ALWAYS CLOSED WITHOUT UPDATING GOOGLE HOURS.
I have been here 3 times in 1 month trying to send a PODO package. 3 times they’ve been closed during store hours with different excuses on the door.
1st time - medical emergency
2nd time- be back in 10 minutes. I waited 45. No one came.
3rd - no notice just closed.

Google business listing says open but they're closed. Update your hours on Google so people don't come here for nothing

The opening hours on the Purolator stamp and Google say Saturday 10AM - 12PM, yet the paper posted on your door say closed on Saturdays. This means that customers who arrive to pick up their package on Saturday waste their time. It’s extremely inconvenient and irresponsible to not have your hours updated.

Highly recommend this location for shipping your packages in the Calgary area.

Went to pick up a shipment but no one was there. Closed during business hours. Based on the reviews it looks like they've been wasting peoples time on Saturdays for over a year.

Amazing service, the lady working in that office is so co-operative, always greets with smile and providing right information if needed.

Not recommend at all. They can't scan qr code. Sent me 11 km away just because they can't scan the QR code. Total Time waste.

Paid $80 for same day shipping and due to Eastern Worldwide error, they package stayed at their location for three days until I called Purolater. Purolator advised that it was not picked up, nor delivered and even though I paid $80 for same day delivery. Eastern Worldwide admitted their error, did not provide an apology. When I asked for a refund indicated yes they would give me a refund less a $20 service fee that they would be keeping. This group is dishonest and incompetent. I would not recommend.

Worst customer service ever by poonam. I got a text message at 6.12 pm that poonam had received the oackage at her facility and is ready for pickup anytime. I called in at 6.20 pm to confirm that and this girl without even asking my name tells me my package is not there and hangs up, never bothers to answer back as she closes at 6.30 pm.

So i end up waiting till next day and go there to pickup the package and then they dont even want the customers to rant out the frustration and inconvenience they cause.

We called the store for one hour. The lady didn't answer. When i asked the lady why you didn't answer the calls she said maybe we were busy. But she was busy on her personal phone. Such an unprofessional lady. We was having problem in finding location that's why we was calling and she dudn't answer. The phone was working properly and it was loud as i tried calling when i was in the office.
