They cancelled my online order because they had no stock and made up a lame excuse about it being my fault. I talked to my credit card company and they said this transaction was never flagged as fraudulent and it was just cancelled by the business.

I have spent thousands in your store over the years and don’t appreciate being lied to. My fraudulent card worked fine at your competitors and unlike you they are actually pleasant people to deal with.

Amazing staff, huge selection of products and great prices…one of the only card shops that actually buys cards, so they always have the latest and greatest pulls for sale.

Staff is super helpful and patient, particularly Gus, who helped me out with my selection today! I’ve been stopping in here for about a year now and they always have a large selection of singles and sealed product. I mainly shop for Pokémon TCG and I love that they occasionally stock sealed product of older sets like Sun and Moon, which is hard to come by. Definitely one of the better card shops in the city!

Staff have no idea on how to assess card quality pricing clearly moderately played cards at near mint prices, just avoid this place.

I love this place. They have it all! Miniature painting supplies (at fantastic prices), massive variety of sports cards and an excellent board game selection.
Mike and his staff are super knowledgeable and super friendly.

Great selection of paint and if you spend the time to chat, you can learn about upcoming products. I had a pre-order for Army Painter Speed paint as a result last year. Took my wish list and look forward to the next hefty purchase.

Just got back into the miniature hobby. I didn’t even know their store catered to this market. I called during the week and the fellow that answered was super nice and even let me know there were some promotions in effect. Age of sigmar and 40k are about 15% less than msrp! Customer service was awesome and very welcoming. I will 100% be returning for more.

A ton of selection, new and vintage. Lots of unopened products from the 80s and lots of PSA graded cards.

This is a great shop with a very knowledgeable staff! I had the pleasure of picking up one of my grails here b4 Christmas. The pricing was fair and they had so much more. I’ll be back!

If you want, only the best board games, card games and just about anything at all, you have to come here this is every man’s dream. I guarantee when you walk in you will melt immediately.

Great Place for Warhammer. Though only one location, it's worth the visit for any avid players, collectors and general shoppers. They have a great online store too and customer service is high. Though if a busy day you may have to wait for service, but this is a local owned store so I still think it's worth it. Collection is great including craft and paint tools for miniature and anything not physically stocked they can order for you or call you and let you know when they have it again. 5 stars for sure.

Although the inventory for the store is plentiful, the service by the employee whom served me was somewhat hostile. Impatience and frustration over having to wait for me to decide was very clear. Despite the open area, the service made the entire store seem very unwelcoming compared to other card stores I surveyed the same day.

I have purchased an assortment of Pokemon merchandise here. Their offers are reasonable and they have good selection. They have a wide range of products, from board games to Games Workshop miniatures to dice and sports collectibles. I definitely recommend this store.

Website has reasonable stock updates and updated frequently. Staff every friendly and knowledgeable enough to talk you thru the hobby games or materials.

Absolutely amazing staff. Very helpful, talkative and friendly. Great selection of cards at an amazing price. Went for pokemon cards after searching around the city and found their prices lower than everywhere else. A bonus at how friendly the lady behind the counter was. Also a great collection of original sets and rare cards

This place is awesome Mike is always been great and I got my first master case skybox hockey here a memory I’ll never forget at a cost of what they were after being released no taxes how can anyone complain about prices here best hobby shop for sports cards hands down.

I collect Sports cards, my wife collects D&D Miniatures, this store has both, and isn't crowded because of it. A large area for people to play in the back, and the owner is just fantastic! Great shop!

I don’t get how this place has any 1 star reviews. This is the best card shop in the city. I have never left upset/disappointed and not to mention their boxes have the BEST luck ever. I’ve pulled incredible hits out of their boxes.

They have a great selection of cards for many different card games, whether collectible or trading, and plenty of accessories to make sure you can deck out your cards how you want. A good selection of board games, and D&D related items make this a great place to go for tabletop hobbies.

Hi, I just recived my 1st order from Eastridge and i am very happy. My items were packed perfectly and in a Thick box to prevent damage. I am literaly on the other side of the country and it didnt take very long to recieve my package.

The even added 2 small tokens of apreciation whith a thank you note. Veey unexpected and extreamly apreciative of the tokens of apreciation.

I will be doing more buisness with them in the future and I suggest you check them out yourself. I belive you will be happy you did.

Prices a bit high for what I was looking for, but friendly, helpful staff and good variety of carried games and cards as well as card sleeves and other gaming supplies.

The person running the store at the time was really nice, he was very sweet and sounded like he actually cared about his customers

I really like this place. Mostly because they have lots of good board games. Can't speak to the cards or paint or whatever.

My go-to hobby shop in Calgary. They do 15% off of GW products. Staff are super friendly and awesome to deal with. Location is easy to get to. Thank you East Ridge!

Just got into MTG and my friend took me here - staff is great and have been able to answer all my questions everytime I've been by.

Asked to see a product the guy looks at me and says look with your eyes why do you need to touch it

He lost a sale on a 2015/2016 Series 1 Upper Deck box. I will never support this shop.

Cool store, I get most of my hockey cards here and their collection of sleeves is the best I've seen in Calgary.

First time in the store. Lots of customers and a nice fun selection of cards, games and sports merch. Board games didnt seem to be priced. Would come back.

High prices… 2 minutes down the road is “Collector Books and Cards” there like 10-15% cheaper on some items.

Fantastic place, head there often for warhammer and my hobbying needs (fantastic selection of a few brands of paint and other fun things!)

Cool store. Interesting mix of sports memorabilia, tabletop, and tcgs. Due to Covid precautions, the TCG singles cabinet was cleared, and their singles collection was admittedly limited after some further browsing. Would recommend, nevertheless.

Amazing group of guys, very friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. Honest and happy to help people out, very competitive pricing and I don't really shop anywhere else - they have my loyalty as a customer for sure.

Hands down my favorite and IMO the best card and hobby shop in the city. The store itself is a good size with a smart layout. Tones of room with hobbies, supplies, cars displayed together in a well thought out way. The amount of different types of hobbies is impressive. While my biggest interest is TCG, they have everything in between. Magic, Pokemon, Warhammer, board games, sports cards, its all there. I don't collect sports cards or gear but the amount of sports product they have is crazy! Nice collection of singles and PSA cards. They also have like every Ultra pro and BCW card supplies in stock which is a huge plus. The staff is rad and was amazed by how much these guys know and have always helped me out. Man i had a 15min phone conversation with one of the guys about sleeves last week haha. Website is good and current with sales. It's my local card shop and should be yours too. Check them out.

I was buying cards for my nephew and the salesperson was on the phone but didn’t even acknowledge me for 10 minutes. As soon as he got off the phone he helped a customer who came after me. Terrible service. Prices are not good either.

Huge store, great selection, free gaming areas, friendly staff and cheap af Games Workshop stuff. It's Paradise.

Went to this store and I found the prices are way over market rate. I understand they have to pay rent and employees but save your money and go to StockX to buy the same stuff for way cheaper!

The gentleman that was working behind the counter, didn't catch his name. Was very very honest when my fiance brought in hockey cards to be sold. I would be back 100% next time, go here extremely honest.

The staff has been superb since they operated in riverbend. They have lots of nice merchandise always on hand

Best discount hobby and board game retailer in Calgary that I am aware of. All games workshop products are 15% off MSRP, and board game prices are in line with online retailers like boardgamebliss and 401games.
Pretty decent selection, though popular GW products are often sold out (i.e. Primaris intercessors). You can always check their fantastic website to see what they have in stock.

Great staff, have been twice since I got back into the hobby. They have good prices on storage boxes and card protectors etc. On my second visit I was invited to trade night which was cool. I felt very welcomed

Came for RPG and boardgames. Staff helped me find both, and the boardgame was competitively priced vs online, too, which is nice.

I collect board games, but I always like to buy here because of the flow of newer games they get, AND for the best prices in the city. Staff are friendly, and they will order whatever you need here. This is also a good place to get extra dice, sleeves, and mats. Definitely on the top half of the city's FLGSs!

I needed a specific size for card sleeves and protection pages and the salesperson demoed the items I needed to make sure everything worked - cheers!

I was recommended to go here for some MTG cards so I looked at their website and selected the cards I wanted and then ordered online in the morning. The available for pick up wording is a bit unclear in check out. How I interpreted it was, if you order after 4pm, your order will be ready the next day. That’s on me so not a big deal.

We wanted to check out this store so we stopped by at lunch and we were the only people there. My friend asked for 2 singles and was told to check the website and order online because the staff member was pulling an online order. I then asked for my online order (I assumed it wasn't ready, but it was only 15 cards or so and would be easy and quick to pull on the spot) and he told me they are ready after 4pm on the next day. Won't be going back. Online orders take priority to in person customers.

This place has a great online purchase system for Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, Hockey Cards, and more. I recommend to come buy online and come pickup in store. The people who run this shop are awesome at taking good care of you. Just need more supply online.
