Called in to get some help for an online order and had the chance to speak with Jarrett. Jarrett was very condescending to my questions and made me feel like a complete idiot. Jarrett was not very transparent and became offended when I pointed this out!
Yeah, I will never step foot in this dealership as it sounds like this is part of the culture.
I am glad to report there are really good dealerships in the city that offer great customer service and are transparent to deal with so I think I will deal with them.
Also spoke to the GM Darcy about this and he just wanted way this was okay and then tried to gaslight me when I would cooperate with his agenda.

I went to the showroom with the intention of purchasing a new truck. A sales agent greeted me, but when I had specific questions about the extended warranty, they directed me to the finance manager. After waiting for ten minutes, the finance manager appeared, glanced at me, and instructed the sales agent to follow. Unfortunately, after another ten minutes, the sales agent returned, stating the finance manager was busy and attempted to address my concerns. I felt disrespected and disappointed, especially since the sales agent had initially admitted not having the necessary information about the extended warranty. As the owner of a construction company with significant contracts, it's disheartening to feel undervalued, and I have decided not to choose Dodge again. In my comparison between Dodge and Ford, I prioritize respect, and even if Ford offers less, I will choose them over Dodge.

I want to tell you about the extraordinary experience of buying a car at Eastside Dodge, we bought 2 cars there, let's start with 1 (on the right side) with which we were helped by a wonderful Manager, Sasha Boikov, who is extremely qualified and knows his stuff. He picked up a car with all our requirements quite quickly and competently.constantly assisted in the registration of the purchase of a car, took into account all the nuances and our requirements, and we were very satisfied, but this is not the end, we used this car for 6 months and were very satisfied. All the diagnostics that were carried out in Eastside corresponded to reality, during this time in the car has never had any breakdowns, all warranty terms corresponded to reality! I emailed Eastside Dodge with a request for a quote on a 2012 Jeep Wrangler with specific requirements. I got a response within 60 minutes with a very friendly and professional email from Rico, the amount of information Rico gave up upfront was more than enough to get me to call him to set up an appointment. I hadn't dealt with Eastside before so I didn't have much in the way of expectations. I met with Rico and he quickly proceeded to give me a tour of exactly the Jeep I was looking for. His knowledge and obvious enthusiasm for the Wranglers was evident as he went through every part of the Jeep in detail. He even took off the roof over the driver and passenger seats before the test drive to show how easy and fast they came off.
Without rambling on too much I can say Rico was extremely transparent when it came to his pricing and the way the deal was structured. After speaking with a few dealers I was confident no one was going to be able to beat Eastside. My husband and I just bought a Jeep Wrangler Willys from Eastside! Our first Jeep! Mitch assisted us through all our visits which initially started with wanting the Dodge Ram but then very quickly moved to the Jeeps. Mitch was very patient and paid attention to all our little requests especially for the delivery of the Jeep (my husband hates when new vehicles are all greased up inside) - Mitch delivered flawlessly with everything we requested and we weren't easy customers at all. We also met Rob, the GM. He was super friendly and we really appreciated him coming by to say hi and chat with us. Ricardo in finance was great - very experienced and we really liked how he also owned a Jeep so we could chat back and forth about what to expect.

We really enjoyed the SmartProgram that they offer along with the other extra protection - especially since most of it came with lifetime warranty.

As far as the atmosphere goes in this dealership. It is different from all the other ones we've been to. No delivery room, different set up than what we're kind of used to - but not a bad thing. Very clean.
They brought the car out front for us for delivery. It was pretty perfect. Exactly what we wanted since they had to grab the vehicle from a different dealership - we never actually got to sit in the exact one prior to buying.

Good experience overall, both Pranjee (the salesman) and Marlon (finance) took good care of us and we left with a used jeep that perfectly suits our needs. One star off because I asked for a 2nd vehicle fob and was told they'd make a way for me to get one, that has proved to be a headache. Otherwise a happy customer and I'm satisfied with the vehicle and experience.

Beware of this dealership if you have a control number. They don't understand the FCA Chrysler Advantage programs and will use it to screw you over. Shop around as the Control Number gives you discounted pricing on top of the the national incentives offered by Jeep or Ram. Currently Jeep is offering 10% off MSRP plus Pull Ahead Loyalty bonus. Andrew was adamant that is not how it works and became extremely defensive and unhelpful.

Just beware. They will cheat you.

When I first purchased the car the sales person mentioned if I noticed anything wrong with the car within 30 days, I could take it back to dealership and they would look at it.

The sales person that took care of my purchase process went on vacation, and the other representatives told me they wouldn't do anything about it because I don't have extended warranty.

Summing up, they didn't keep their word which is deal breaker for me.

I'd never do business with them again and would warn people not to do it as well as they don't keep their word.

I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. The salesman was very informative and he was answering very question of ours patiently.

They are really fraud people. First of all they put extra warranty and packages of worth 10000$ if you are buying a new vehicle from here and then if you don’t agree on that terms then they don’t give your deposit back.

East Side went out of there way to restrict the entire warranty on my 2018 Wrangler because I installed plastic rock guards on my door hinges. I’ve had multiple engine failures, paint pealing, death wobble, electrical failures, clutch failure and have been left stranded twice. I took it in to another dealership on my third engine failure to be told FCA will not honour the warranty because East Side considers the vehicle modified!

I came in with a mechanical issue at 4pm on a Friday. The staff was so kind and professional. The sales person Alex MacFarlane even gave me a ride home, because the shuttle was done for the day. I really appreciated that.

Great experience buying a used vehicle. George our salesman was the first to answer my email about used vehicles. He was amazing. Went above and beyond to ensure we got what we needed.

My only complaint was that when you buy a new vehicle you get a full tank of gas, with a used a half tank. Not really fair. Also the finance department is upstairs with no elevator which is not great for those with physical limitations.

Even with these issues I would buy from them again or refer others
