Finally sharing my thoughts as now I am done with their pathetic customer services. KIA and its dealerships have ruthless people sitting in their offices and making a fool out of a customer who is stuck in between of nowhere. This dealership and KIA Canada is making me fool since August 2023.

I was travelling with my family with a 1 month old infant from Saskatoon to Alberta where my 2021 Sportage only having 26,000 kms on it, and the TRANSMISSION BLEW off in Drumheller. I requested the customer support to help in this situation but I was dealt with false hopes and I had to manage myself to take my family to Alberta as the car was in the jurisdiction of Alberta province. I had an extended warranty with all the VALUE ADDED services I paid for at the time of purchase. My car was only towed by KIA roadside assistance to East Side KIA dealership. I was stuck in another province with my family and I had no support from KIA even for a car LOANER Service. They asked me to rent a car on my own and they promised me to reimburse that amount. Even after this incident they did not had the courtesy to send my car back to my home in Saskatoon. I had to drive back from Saskatoon to Calgary again to get my car. I submitted my claims and after 3 months of my claim, I only received a cheque for $173.25 against a claim of $763.35. According to the service manager, he is helpless as KIA Canada is responsible for the reimbursement. I have been trying to connect with KIA customer experience, NO RESPONSE! They just gave me a case number and no one contacted me yet.

They dont even have the courtesy to entertain you or help you in a bad situation where there customer is stuck with a family.

I am still struggling for my reimbursement. I even did not claim for anything else despite the fact that I was in Mental Stress due to their pathetic behavior and customer services! I am stuck with them for the next 7 years as I have financed my car with them and being a New Immigrant to Canada, it is nothing more than an immense pain for me!

It was amazing doing business with Eastside Kia.
Their Customers service and sales departments are superb.
I will approved in the within three working days.

Took my EV6 in for a routine 12-month service check. The work was done very promptly and the staff are friendly and helpful.

East side Kia is great. Kia Seltos 2024 has very good performance Thank you Prab, Brian, Biraj, Terri and the entire team for helping me the whole time and excellent customer service.

I am writing this review today to express my disappointment with Eastside Kia. I had brought my 2023 Kia Stinger in to get serviced on December 21st as every time I go over a bump there is a knocking noise on the front drivers side. I dropped it off and a couple hours later someone called to say it was ready to pick up and that there is no issue with the car. I was told a mechanic drove it for ten minutes and heard nothing (not sure how that was possible. I have yet to find a road in Calgary that has no bumps). From the time I left the dealership and drove back to work, I heard the noise over and over. I couldn't return to the dealership as I had went and picked it up on my lunch hour. We have mechanics at my place of employment so I asked one to go for a short drive around the block with me. From the time we left the parking lot he heard the same noise I heard and said there is definitely an issue with the car. I was sent a text asking how my service was. I replied stating it wasn't great at all. A lady then called me on December 22nd which I again expressed my displeasure. She said she would have the service manager call me. As of yesterday, January 8th I had yet to hear from him. I called and was transferred to his voicemail. I left a message and still no call back. It is very disappointing to pay all this money for a vehicle and when something goes wrong not to get fixed. I have never dealt with anything like this before! Awful customer service!

This was my first time visiting this Kia Service Department (or any Kia service dept for that matter) and I was very impressed with the service. I loved that I had one point person who I was able to deal with from beginning to end (Sam Sosa), from my initial calls, upon arrival, calls while my vehicle was being worked on, and when I went to pick it up. Dealing with the same person throughout made the experience seamless and very personable. Sam was wonderful to work with and explained everything to me in a way that someone with zero car knowledge needs. I was previously scared to go to a dealership for servicing as I had this assumption that it would be crazy expensive; I was shocked at how reasonable the total was. And everything felt reasonable, no tricks or hidden repairs/charges as I feared. They actually fixed my car way faster than anticipated and had a free Uber transport at my house literally TWO MINUTES after calling to tell me that my vehicle was ready! I will definitely be back, and plan have my vehicle serviced more regularly due to such a wonderful experience!

Terry is an amazing lady to deal with. After spending almost 1,000.00 for some much needed service, I wish they would have washed my car. This was the only disappointment

There are not enough nice things I could say about this dealership let alone their sales rep Sam Sosa. I was going through a really tough time and had some big issues I needed to fix with my car that I found to be extremely overwhelming. I'm in the process of starting my new business and a large expense in one shot would have been crippling. Sam went above and beyond to help me out and I will continue to drive the extra km's to visit this specific location. He helped make something that would have been a negative experience into one of the best experiences I've ever had a dealership. This crew really took care of me when I needed the support which doesn't happen much these days especially in the auto repair world. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Eastside Kia. Special shout out to Sam to being the sweetest angel around.

Brenden Krueger offered $150 gift cheque, after 3 months of asking where is the cheque and wasting my gas, he issued $125. Don’t go with that man.
