The Dr we deal with doesn't seem to care as much as he used to.
And I'm a serious heart patient.
And my wife has major loung problems
And they shine us away like they don't care
And seems like it s all about the money.

We have been patient's for 5 years with the Dr.

This place is so great. Lutchie the front desk lady, and amrda are helpful and excellent service for customers.

The young doctor is ok he actually seems to want to help you. The old Dr, their “specialist” who is only in on certain days is absolutely Useless. Go anywhere else if you actually want to get your issues fixed.

If looking for a family doctor, avoid Dr. Asem Kaber at all cost! Rude, incompetent and no bedside manner. Couldn't even diagnose a simple problem on a child and passed his patient onto another doctor. The staff are not too bad, but NO ONE answers the phone.

Dr Asem Kaber. Had a 9am appointment. I was told after I got there that he would be 30 minutes late. He still wasn't there at 9: 50. My last appointment with him was at 845 and didn't get in until 930. He was late then as well. Seems that he has some bad reviews. Last time he wastes my time.

I just had a very short initial visit with Dr. Shenouda, but she helped me more than any other doctor has in 20+ years of dealing with chronic, searing pain. She was very clear and efficient when explaining the diagnosis and treatment plan. A medical provider who believes your pain and doesn't treat you like you're stupid makes all the difference in the world. The clinic is obviously busy but the staff are personable and clearly working hard to get everyone through efficiently.

I have been a patient for over a decade. Lovely staff, hard working and kind. The chance of getting through on the phone is horrible, though. Doctors help each other out, I couldn't see my doctor, so they put in with a different one, he was nice.

Friendly staff. Doctors are efficient and listen to all concerns. Been going there for 10 plus years.

I find doctors listen well and i got a appointment eith specilist fast dr zachary is wonderful and so are the other doctors

I had a mostly good experience at Eastwood Medical Clinic. The wait after my scheduled apt time wasn't too long, and front staff were pleasant. Dr. Shenouda was fantastic. My only complaint was how uncomfortable I felt being placed in the room directly across from the waiting room with door left open. They have a privacy curtain that kept being left open. It made me very anxious that I would be seen as my doctor went in and out of my room, considering it was a gyno apt. But she did a good job of making sure the curtain was closed and leaving and entering the room as stealthily as possible. Next time if needed I'll request a room a little further away from the waiting room depending on the nature of my visit, I'm sure they would be accommodating. Overall I would recommend this clinic!

Dr Al-izzi is the most humble human being I’ve ever met. I love the way he treats his patients and taking care of them. He is my family’s doctor for over 8 years. He never change his tone. He is always a doctor who knows what his job is. All my family loves him.

Love this clinic, and the stuff are amazing and so caring, the Dr.s are very patient and listen to what the issue is, not in a hurry like many other places I have been to. Love this place it makes me feel valued and cared for, it there were more stars I would have giving more! Thank you for your humble service.

We have been coming to this clinic since 10 years. The doctors are very knowledgeable and professional. The staff at the front always help hs with our needs. We see Dr Al izzi, Dr Salem and Dr Roudi. They are very knowledgeable.

Was told over the phone that they were taking new patients for one of their doctors. They told me to make an appointment which I did then when I came in, they told me no there is no doctor for you. Do you will have to go on a huge waiting list.what a waste of time

I have been going to see doctor allizi for 10.yrs am i ever blessed to have this doctor. I am so glad that I found him.the front end staff and also the pharmacy.these People are awesome.

So many useless receptionists. Doctors that seem like they don’t care about clients n jus leave the country randomly without notifying patients or staff

The front staff here are out of this world - kind, helpful, go above and beyond. They're amazing. The doctors are great as well - they take my concerns seriously, refer me to others who can help when they can't. The only downside is they have a lot of rotation of doctors - as long as you're comfortable seeing more than one physician it's ok.

This clinic is amazing, I had a very good time with the Physio stuff, One of the stuff member who is name is Anandi is very nice and friendly.

Dr. Akter has taken over my care since my leaving Vancouver and moving to Edmonton.
I had a fabulous array of doctors in Vancouver and was concerned about leaving them behind.
Well……I most certainly lucked out.
There’s many reasons.
The pharmacy service and care is exceptional by any standards.
The medical staff are very welcoming and personable.
The office staff are very accommodating and pleasant.
No long waits for appointments.
And…. Of course……Dr Akter.
She has wrestled me down and taken firm control over my several health issues.
I am health stress free as are my wife and two sons.

If only i can give zero star for this clinic. I just called asking how to pull out my sons record and transfer to a new pediatrician but man this receptionist is just as accomodating as i imagine! So sarcastic and rude! Can't wait to be done with this place!

I was having physio twice a week and i really like the treatment, one of the stuff who is name is Anandi, she is very friendy and helpful.

Called repeatedly to confirm if I could come to get a small injury checked, but phone was busy. Online on medimaps.ca it said that there was currently no wait time. Went all the way there just to learn that they reached their daily patient limit (why the heck does that even exist?) and the doctor is gone. I have a strong suspicion that the phone was made busy because they don't care.

My boyfriend and I went there today to get checked out because of the left ankle injury from his work. The lady at the front desk was nice to let us in the examination room but the doctor we saw for his ankle said that we have to wait for a call to get him a x-ray done, and he could return to work! How can he return to work when he has a swelling ankle? And in the wcb form he states that my boyfriend is not missing any work day when he missed of work when he got injured. Wouldn’t recommend going there

The staff here are absolutely so rude so disrespectful towards others. Its never a friendly place their always sluffing people off like it's nothing.

Now I understand why this clinic has so many bad reviews. I just call today to ask appointment for my two sick daughters to see a doctor.front desk receptionist is so very RUDE, she not helping at all.she is not fit to the job. I ask questions in order to learn more information about your clinic as a new patient.

I’ve been a patient here for 9 years, almost 10. I’ve never had any issues until this year. I’ve been on the same medication for over a year now, but recently they’ve been making me see a doctor to get my prescription refill. Now I’m late on my meds because of this, and there is a receptionist with pink glasses and brown hair who I recognized from a previous issue at this clinic, she had told me it was not her issue and was careless about me not being able to get my refill.

The issue before this with this receptionist, was when I was bringing in my 2 year old who had a fever. I had phoned in prior to coming to the clinic saying my son had a fever and we didn’t have covid tests at home. They said it was okay and the doctor will still see him, I even heard the nurse ask him while on the phone. When I arrived the receptionist who has been giving me issues had told me we will not be seen without a covid test, and I argued that I was told it was okay on the phone and the nurse confirmed it with the doctor. She insisted that we will not be seen, and I was angry that I had brought my baby there for nothing. I talked to another receptionist about my frustrations and she had accommodated that we see a doctor that day.

I’m about to stop coming here. We had another issue with the pediatrician dr. Zubi. My son has a dairy allergy that I had suspected before he was a year old. He would not agree with me and told me there was no way to test him for allergies due to his age. I took him to a different doctor who told me this was not true and referred my son to an allergist promptly. He had a dairy allergy as I suspected.

I am not recommending this clinic no respects for client, waited 1 hour after that they said there was no doctor no option given. Terrible place and AVOIDE Paediatrician DR. ZUBI

This is clinic is good but AVOID Dr Zubi (pediatrician) at all costs. Just had the worst experience! If the child is scared of getting ears examined, there's no need to get rude and say " I have other patients waiting" is the worst of tone! Instead try to calm the child!

Highly recommend they were very professional and helpfull. When I reached out for any followup questions they are always there fast and efficent.

Love this place! No order, no respect for appointments, and absolutely no one who has ever passed medical school is employed!

Avoid this place if you want to live, and be treated by actual Doctors.

This place is just used to keep friends and family employed while having them pretend to be real doctors.

Salem Garcia overbooks and most likely a fraud, and needs to be investigated. There is no point to having an appointment you're still going to have to wait like some walk-in shlub.

I genuinely question the legitimacy of this location and believe the medical board needs to look at not only the Alleged doctors, but all the employees. I have a hard time believing anyone at this location went to medical school, let alone actually graduated.

This place was highly recommended to me but has been a gong show since. Was told to come in at 1 o clock to try and be a walk in for my new doctor. Was told I was mis informed and doctors were all full for the day. It's been such a fight to get in or even talk to someone. Reception doesn't listen to you and cuts you off before you can finish. On the hunt again

I was here today and the nurse didnt sanitize the room.she just took us inside the room.i try to take the paper from the bed and sanitize the chairs where my todler touches.that was not taking her 1mn why they give a Risk to other patient or affecting them with this pendimic.

I was referred by my mother who has been a longtime patient of Dr. Alizi's after getting an injury that required physician attention and I couldn't get in to see my family doctor.
Eastwood Clinic was able to see me the same day and the doctor who treated me was Dr. Garcia. The reception staff, nurses, pharmacy and all of the physicians are so friendly and truly care about the people they treat and the work they do. I can always get an appointment. I never have to wait long to be seen, and the doctor follows up with me. Since this experience I have requested to switch my family doctor to this clinic because of the consistency in their staff, patient care, and just a wonderful overall experience with people who actually remember you.

Honestly, just don't go here. They won't do anything you request. You'll make an appointment, but they still treat people as first come first served. We tried to get consultations and referrals, only to call weeks later to find out they haven't filed anything for it. They claim they've sent paperwork on Monday, you'll call on Thursday and they haven't sent it. And that's just tip of the iceberg, not even getting into how the "doctors" treat patients. Save yourself some trouble and just go to a real medical clinic lol wish I could give 0 stars and also that this place would just shut down.

Very bad service. We went there at the expected time of the appointment, they made us and my 6 weeks old wait 45 minutes before the doctor call to see us. I asked the front desk lady, she replied very rudely ‘’just give ma a sec” but she never gets back to me. I explained everything to doctor Jubi and asked him to provide me with the clinic manager’s contract number. I will call him tomorrow and update here for sure. I strongly recommend not to go to this clinic until they are not going to improve for the customer service and the punctuality. They send an inappropriate text, see below.

Because of aveb text we left the other appointment earlier from “Mum Care” Estwest medicinal centre. We had an appointment with Dr. Kristin. But the Eastwood clinic doesn't value the time. I prefer not to go to this clinic. I am searching for another clinic.

Turned my son away 30m before closing because doctor went home. He has a fear of going to the Doc, and the covid-19 has made it worst. Thanks for adding to his pain.

I have only good things to say about the staff! One time something really awesome happened and ill never forget it.

Don’t waste your time. I had booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance and waited 40 minutes. I asked the receptionist at this point how much longer the wait time would be and she said there were still 3 people ahead of me. I ended up walking out of the clinic.

The Doctors work here nice but the front desk people absolutely must have to improve. The waiting time it's very long even you come for appointment you have to wait to see your doctor more than a hour or tow. This is just like walk in.

I send my apologies to Eastwood medical clinic for my previous 2 star rating last month due to misinformation from a attending client, also bad info from Medical answering service As well as my memory from a previous appointment Lead me to believe they were back to reg.hrs. // They still have reduced hrs due to Covid19 pandemic. Clinic has been very good. They treat everybody equally and fairly and definitely based on Urgent priority when needed. Public also needs to be more understanding that each Dr's only allowed to see so many patients for Walk-Ins each day & I think possibly only so many in certain schedule work hrs. For such a small Clinic we need to appreciate that it has 3 types of care, Physiotherapy, Family Drs & Respiratory Specialist, perhaps more that I dont know about. I used to attend a newer bigger clinic at least 3 times the size of Eastwood and it only had family doctors and Xray.

Very bad service. Went there 10 minutes before appointment and they made myself and my 1.5 year old wait 40 minutes before doctor came to see us. I could hear doctor in his office. He couldnt care less. Saw us for 10 minutes and went back to his doctor friend for socializing. No respect for others' time!
Why arent doctors held responsible for delaying and wasting time?

I was just here around 4: 30pm June 13,2020. I went in for a depo shot and the nurse that gave it to me was so sweet. She had me laughing and I didnt even feel the needle. I'm terrified of needles but this particular nurse went above and beyond for me. Such a sweet lady.

Worst clinic, no respect for appointment or people time. I don’t fell the staff/doctors are organize or educated enough. I hope Canada have more regulations for doctors coming with degree from outside Canada. Canadian doctors who have their degree in Canada are much much better and more professional then these doctors. The system has many holes, which allow a lot of unqualified people to bypass the system.

Worst experience ever, this place is a joke, kids puke on the floor and dont do a single thing about it, the doctors are a joke and show up whenever they feel like it. Us patients are second thought to them. I've never had such a horrible experience with the doctors, after waiting for an hour for an appointment I left. I refuse to attend that joke of a clinic again. Every doctor is useless I've seen. "What do you want perscribed" basically is how i get treated instead of fixing the problem.

I went there today with my Aunt and her twins. The twins where very sick, vomiting and had a fever. They didn't take their weight nor checked their temperature.
The rude receptionist told us she would ask their dr. If he would see them told me to wait.
After waiting for 30 minutes came back to ask if the dr. Would see them. She rudely told us she didn't ask him "I'm busy". We saw another dr. Who didn't even check them and in a second prescribed a medication for them. (the one word he said was go to the pharmacy)
Twins don't take the antibiotics he gave me when we asked the receptionist if we can see the dr. So he would change the medication She refused and said she would ask him herself.
Waiting their for an hour she brought a wrong prescription, then I was told dr.went out.
I left the clinic with my twins vomiting n with no medication.
Don't take your KIDS there they are so Unprofessional.

CHANGED TO 1 STAR AFTER THEY LEFT ME ON HOLD FOR OVER 30 MINUTES TRYING TO GET MY PRESCRIPTION FOR OVER 2 HOURS NOW.
Not friendly or informative service. They had to get a "special" doctor to fill my prescription, low in behold when I get to my pharmacy, they tell me he didnt even sign where he was supposed to, I'm not sure how you can be a doctor and get away with not doing your job properly.
I'll stick with Alberta Ave medical Centre or Ideal medical centre, they both are close and have wonderful staff.
OH, THE STAFF IS RUDE AS HELL BUT THEY HANG UP ON YOU WHILE CALLING YOU RUDE FOR TRYING TO GET SOMETHING DONE THAT YOU WENT TO THE APPOINTMENT FOR.

AHS pays the doctors based on the patients they see. If you dont need to see the doctor, AHS does not pay them. So. This clinic allows your family doctor to abandon you if you dont need to see them for over a year, so you need to wait in a line, instead of booking an appointment with your assigned family doctor.

Seems like this clinic cares more about the money than the patient.

Very Poor customer service. This was our third time around. We finally walked right out of there office. Please if you have to go there. Call in advance. As they overbook appointments. You wait in the patient office More then you have to. Then you wait again once called in the room. Overall. People be aware. If you want to spend 2 hours of your much needed time!

Front end staff are perfectly nice.

I saw a Male gyno there who basically just called me fat and refused to listen to what I had to say. Told me to lose weight and my period would be normal. Not true I said I gained lots of weight on the Depo shot, he told me I ruined my body forever and how could I do that to myself. Uh? It was Dr.prescribed, thanks though. And when I told him I wasn't having kids he shut anything else I had to say down. Overall exceptionally rude and pretty disrespectful towards me. Hopefully you dont treat all women like that.

Went there today in regards to a skin burn and infection, the doctor wouldn’t even look at it just have me a prescription for what he assumed it was. Didn’t ask me any questions just said he knew what it was without looking, handed me a prescription for neproxin and some steroid cream and left. Went to a different doctor down the street, actually looked at the area, gave me antibiotics 4 times a day for 10days and steroid cream for the area, and gave me an appointment to come back and make sure everything is good. Would NOT suggest going to Eastwood if you want actual care.

I called to landline more then 5 times, wait time passed more then 5 munutes no response, then i have come to medical and call them in front of me they are not busy but no body received call. Horrible experience.

I made an appointment for 4pm show up to be told that I needed to come back at 530pm I am here it is 617pm and ask how long still more of a wait. I made an appointment and left my number and I still am going to have to wait over an hour and more This place is not well run people were polite but this is ridiculous I will never return I finally got To see a dr he was young but very good

Slow, never on time, I've waited more then an hour when I've booked an appointment more than once.
