My experience with easy financial was very great, I recently got my work permit and it was very difficult to get the loan but Harpreet Kakkar and Doucette did a great job and handled everything professionally. Really happy with the service.

This branch has a manager that lies and staff that can't do what a client requests.receive spam emails to increase loans after you ask them to stop sending them. Asked for my account payment history since I took the loan and was sent 6 months of payments, so hard to read believe they took a extra 3 full payments.

I have been a customer since 2018 and I finally paid out my loan today. It is a huge relief to finally be free from the bi weekly payment and the high interest rate they charge. I find the staff to be unfriendly and does not greet customers whenever they come in. I dont really feel welcome whenever I come in to their office. They are only there to make sure you open loan accounts but makes it difficult when you are about to pay out your loan.

Very professional very helpful great service friendly and answers all questions. Hardeep and Sofia go above and beyond helped me get a loan increase to pay off some bills and they treat me with respect and payment are low and helped me so much. Recommend to anyone looking for a bit of help in these times

I applied for a loan to pay off some debts.and Hardeep at the Mill Woods location contacted me and said I was approved for a higher amount than what I asked for despite my somewhat bad credit. The payments are also super reasonable and less than what I thought would be. I have tried looking into several other places for a loan, but this is by far the best. If you need a loan to pay off debts, etc. I would highly recommend easy financial!

Receiving my loan was quick and painless. Manpreet walked me through all the processes needed to be completed and was very accommodating to allow me to sign my loan documents electronically to avoid having to come directly into the branch, on the other side of town.

They are incompetent. Messed up my auto withdrawal, can't figure it out, forcing me to go into store to pay. Now I can't even do that. They will open door for a delivery driver that sees many people daily, but not a customer who's been isolating for a month. Ridiculous!

They were really helpful in times of need.the rates are a bit high but i knew that coming in.better than getting nothing from banks that I have money in. Hardeep was really helpful, professional and accommodating. Thanks for the help guys
