Not too sure who I just spoke to on the phone but I’d like to say I don’t appreciate being lectured about complete and utter assumptions made before I have even been asked about a topic. I had to raise my voice at the woman to get her to actually hear my side of things before she even considered them. Being spoken down to shouldn’t be a part of the application process.

Miserable to deal with. The representative could barely speak English and I had to repeat myself constantly. Asked me to casually go get information from my employer on a Saturday when they were closed, which was not doable. When I told them to cancel the application, they continued to try and push for more personal information afterwards and I ended up having to be belligerent to get them to finally stop.

Easyfinancial was simply that… easy! Fome made my experience here fantastic and so simple. A total pleasure to deal with… made my day lovely! Thank you again Fome!

Wow. Steve was amazing. From a call to inquire and the money in my bank was total 6 hours.
He explained everything and sent easy to read instructions to send in my proof of earnings etc.
I told him how much I wanted and how much I was willing to pay each month. He was able to find me a fantastic rate and I was shocked it was payable over 3 years.
I could have gone to the bank as my score was great. However I found this so much easier and shaved 2 years off what the bank offered.
You don't need a bad score to come here. Anyone and I do mean any one can get a loan.
Steve was fantastic help. He was able to get approval and kept me up to date will evwrhthing via calls as i happened. I would recommend him personally to anyone wanting to increase their credit score or get a loan.

Easy Financial Branch # 2224, at the 2400 block of Centre Street North in Calgary, has very courteous staff. The main contacts are Steve and Shinny. Shinny was very conscientuos, diligent and thoughtful in her role
as an applicant contact, for those seeking a loan, where conventional banks will not lend to you for various reasons. Shinny guided me through the loan application process and informed me of the type of documents I needed to show her in order to proceed with the loan application. This part can be quick or slow depending upon the applicants ability to get the proper documents like pay stubs, banking info, etc. Then once the loan application is processed, and you are APPROVED, like I was, Shinny takes you step by step through the process of explaining the paperwork and the kind of services EASY Financial provides through their loan approval partners. In the case of a car loan you get Roadside assistance services.
Then in my case, because I get paid semi-monthly, the loan payment schedule is set up the same way. Shinny also explains that if a payment date falls on a holiday or on the weekend, the payment day is changed to Friday. Shinny explained all this and more, and made me fell very comfortable with everything. The Steve comes along and does the loan approval for the branch, before it loan paperwork goes to head office outside Toronto, where the head office has the final say of approval or denial and also suggest the quantifiable limit of the loan. In my case it was up to $ 10,000. I only asked for a manageable amount of $ 5,000.
Then finally everything is finalized and signed and by next day the money was in my bank account by the next day! Thank you Shinny, Steve and
Easy Financial. I will soon enjoy driving my newer car!
