I recently visited the easyfinancial branch in Macleod and was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Mani and Paige, two of the staff members, were incredibly kind and helpful. They guided me through the process with expertise and made sure all my questions were answered. I highly recommend this branch, especially with Mani and Paige's exceptional assistance.

Do not deal with this company.
All the stuff are rude. Told me my rate would be 39.9 which ended up being 45.9 they lie to get you into a high interest loan. They sent me my documents the next day after calling twice then seen the interest rates. Beware. Guy named DJ is nice but Paige is very rude to deal with. Rush me and pushed me into a higher loan and was dishonest about the interest rate. Beware just glad my loan is paid off don't have to deal with this company again

DJ was tremendously personable and sympathetic. The experience was simple and well detailed. He is genuinely passionate about supporting people and was a pleasure to deal with him.

Very positive experience. Paige is wonderful. Feel this is an excellent deal compared to so many other places I looked into. Easyfinancial helped me when the Banks wouldn't, I really needed help and the Banks let me down even though I pay my bills on time and have an excellent job for decades and own my own home. Easyfinancial came through with a reasonable agreement, thank you Easyfinancial.

I came to them a few years back and they took a chance with me when my credit was not good. I also didn't need to have any collateral. They have given me advise and ideas on how to improve and help consolidate some debts. They also checked in on me to see how my financial situation was doing and if I needed anything during the pandemic. My Agent Rohan was very polite and thorough with answering any questions and if ever I said I was not interested he was respectful and said okay and that he will check in with me at a later date.

If your someone who is trying to rebuild your credit, I do recommend Easyfinancial. Yes I know, their interest rates are high, but you sometimes have to pay a little extra so that you can get yourself back on track again. As well, you have an open loan which means you can pay off your loan at any time or put extra on it so you will then not be paying on so much interest and they help to improve your credit rating.

And I didn’t have to take time off work or make an appointment to go in to get approved. Quick and easy, and received the amount I needed. Thanks again Paige.
