Called into the branch and the woman who answered the phone sounded as if she was whispering. After about 5 questions, she just hung up and wouldn't answer the phone afterwards when I tried calling back. Left a voicemail and no response.

Have been to other stores and they were great but this one was very unorganized, took 3 months for them to replace the broken tv they gave us. We only got it fixed by switching for a different tv because we got fed up. Than their service was bordering on harresment with calls 2 days before my due date, than 5+ phone calls on the day my payments were due (not even late yet). Didnt matter if I answered or not they'd still call more. Went like this for 7 months before we couldnt handle the extermly poor service anymore and gave everything back. Never again.
