I spoke with a girl over the phone after applying online, im a girl and my name is normally for guys i told her my case number and that i needed to answer more questions to get approved. She then said after i gave her my name and dob “can i speak to edwin” I explained to her that i’m edwin then she said a sarcastic and exaggerated “okay” and told me my application was denied then hung up before i could even ask a question as to why. I know that my name is stereotypically not meant for a female but that doesn’t mean I should be subject to such disrespect. I wish i could’ve have gotten her name but she hung up before I could even speak.

Dealing with Toni was easy and very fun, she is very outgoing and understanding. She explains everything and gives a very welcoming attitude she is a great member of your team and I would deal with her anytime! Great customer care and service
