Got furniture from them full of bedbugs please people look before you buy and yes I paid faithfully every month

I had stuff from easy home for about a year and a half and then gave it back, I paid them roughly $10,000 and they recieved all of their stuff back. They now claim they are going to take me to collections for $5000 for product they were given back! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! Complete scam artist, and the manager there is sleeping with the delivery drivers. Even has one living with her. They will send you emails saying they are "the legal department" when it's the manager. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, AMD THE PEOPLE THAY WORK THERE ARE COMPLETELY BRAKN DEAD!

Easyhome offered me 40$ to write them a good review.ha! I would never. Easyhome should just shut its doors and say goodbye to Alberta.

From the moment I entered the store I received a warm welcome from staff. I found Ashleigh and Mikaela to be both knowledgeable and accommodating. The application took only minutes and was painless. The two delivery drivers were very pleasant, professional and on time. I commend these two guys for braving the -40C to deliver my furniture out in the country. Thank you everyone at Easyhome. Highly recommend them.

I visited all the stores in Edmonton so I could make sure I got as much info as I could as well as being able to see all the product they had, Clareview was by far the cleanest with great staff. They were so transparent with me and beyond informative. The atmosphere was great as well, they had music going and just great vibes. Super stoked about my new 65"!

After seeing the horrid condition of the furniture in the store here, and two other ladys who just make the whole experience worst by staring at me fill out applications with the sales lady and looking all privileged n proper made me feel that this isn't the place for me, i left. PS manager was smoking in back room.

I have been a client with easyhome for 15 years i paid out so many items. Yes I get the rates are extreme but this works for me. I have yet to receive a bad experience and they have helped during some pretty tuff times. Im sure the nasty reviews are people who dont pay for the stuff

Stopped by this location last week just to see what they had and how they worked. Lady there was very informative and explained how it worked so i understood everything. They had a mix of new and used product and she showed me the price differences. Ended up getting a Sofa set and 58' TV well within my monthly budget. Definitely a program that works for me!
