Tried getting the partybox ultimate but was told to get the 710 instead, made a $100 deposit and expected delivery, nothing showed up because of a delayed letter, sent the letter in and had to wait an additional week and once the day came they said they cancelled the delivery AGAIN because of a $78 payment that has already accrued when i havnt even gotten the item yet.so if i made the payment id have to wait another additional week to get it, what a huge waste of time, customer service was friendly but the actual service is horrible.never again.

If you want great service friendly faces and staff that communicate with you this is the place to come Liz the manager is an absolute sweetheart and will help you in any way and Carson is amazing great with helping you find what your looking for and the best deal and so friendly and their delivery driver Jesse comes with super muscles and a friendly face too highly highly recommend if you need anything this is the place to go. The staff are simply amazing and will go far beyond to get you what you want

Liz and Kendra have been amazing to deal with on my account, however TJ has been disrespectful and rude to my wife, my mother in law and myself. Would not recommend his services.

I was treated horribly from a saskatoon location.in travels I came by the coldlake easy home and easy financial location. Let me tell you! TJ and Liz did wonders for me. I am so thankful I contacted them! In talk with friends and family I would give them TJ and Liz contact information to ensure they get the best help. If you are reading this in my experience as a saskatoon resident I was treated so poorly. Do not waste your time, like I did. I would highly advise you to contact the coldlake location. They can still have your belongings delivered to you! TJ and Liz both went over and beyond to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I understood all the steps I needed to. Without making me feel horrible! I send grateful gratitude to the both of them!
