I have used a different location and the service was phenomenal.

Service here was not at all adequate.

I had a loan, not a lease.

Live very nice and respectful they help you out and get what you need. Tara is also a very pleasant to deal with that she has helped me out many times

When we were moving and in need for furniture Kelly hooked us up. She has bent over backwards for me and my dad. Easyhome is the reason we have what we have.it wouldnt have been possible without their help.i have defintly leased it loved it and own it.im still loving it a whole lot. Staff are fantastic. I have been dealing with this Branch for nearly 12 years. It is an amazing store. Always clean with great displays and absolutely wonderful staff. Kelly (manager) and all of her staff are absolutely amazing. When I needed a new living room suite they looked around and called me to check and see if I may like this or that. I felt like a VIP. They always go above and beyond! Their delivery drivers are also amazing as well. Beyond careful delivering any product! (I have had many things delivered from this store). Highly recommend this location!

Always go above and beyond for me I have never had any issues with them. I even had a couch that I got from easyhome and the springs poped in the bottom of the couch so therefore I couldn't use it. I called the store and they replaced it with a new one even lowered the payments.
I love easy home and highly recommend it.especially to rebuild credit Ohh and thier goeasy loans omg I cant say enough good about them.they give u increases and even pay the previous loan off with money in your pocket

Great location to deal with and the general manager Kelly along with her staff are the among the most polite people I have ever dealt with at any sort of business. If you run a little behind they will try to work with you so getting caught up is possible, I would highly recommend this location to my friends and family.

We placed a order online, to which we are supposed to be getting a call back within 24-48 hours. We never got that call. We chased down the sale for over a week. Once it was finalized for the equipment, and multiple apologies later, we paid our deposit. To which the employee said she would drive it out in her personal vehicle in the morning. We were then told it is formatting and we have to wait. It has been a very big inconvenience dealing with this company and warn others to consider other options.

Good service very trusting if you actually pay on time, don't pay attention to those other bad reviews, they're the people who don't pay up!

Used them a year ago until I moved out of the city. Just moved back and they remember me like I never left! Kelly is fantastic! Any issue that arise she is right there with a solution and works with every situation given! If I could give 10 stars I would. Keep up the good work!
