Place that will not loan on native income from the federal government, but they will allow you to finance on child benefit program, idk if I’m missing the big picture here but that’s not right, I think it’s called discrimination

I’ve been with Easy home for a couple years now and I’ve only had but the best experience with the staff! They are so accommodating and very professional when it comes to seeking something for your needs. The manager as of to date has been very helpful and communication is exceptional with this branch, I continue to have great support and services from them!

Danielle is absolutely wonderful! Got me golf clubs, a snowblower, and a camera through their AFA program! Plus furnished our house and all! Leslie, Jackie and Yvonne are all wonderful staff as well! I highly recommend these girls for anything you need!

When buying an item outright, they ask extremely intrusive questions "for their records" and proceed to harass you with said information after the fact, staff are rude, only one person seems to ever be attentive while the rest are talking with eachother on and off the entire time. I've also heard horror stories about repo from them, and getting many phone calls and emails from them with no prompt at all. I understand LP issues and recovery, but there's a line that is often crossed with them. Overall, do not give your business to them, it is a shady run store with terrible staff and CS.

The delivery staff today (Leslie and Mathew) have gone above and beyond my expectations. They are so friendly and incredibly helpful and prepared. Daniell and Melody are amazing as well. I am always grateful for everyone's knowledge and great customer service!

I cant give less then 1 star otherwise I would! DO NOT RENT FURNITURE FROM THEM! This place is an absolute scam! They call and harass the second your payment comes do they call you 10+ times a day, the txt non stop! Even when you ask them to not call so much they still call! If you cant afford to make payments no more and ask to return the furniture you had better make absolute sure that the furniture is mint condition with absolutely no flaws otherwise the will not take it back. The two woman who work the weekend shift are super rude and arrogant and try to bully you on the phone. It is absolutely disgusting! Would I recommend easy home for furniture rental? Hell no! Would I recommend shooting yourself in the foot instead of dealing with easy home? Yes! DON’T GO THROUGH EASY HOME! AARONS IS BY FAR BETTER TO DEAL WITH!

Meeting went well with good time management. Funds were transferred quickly. Loan Officer reiterated her availability as needed.

Our experience with Jackie was wonderful. We would recommend her for loans. But I will never deal with EasyHome for anything anymore cause the "manager " Mel blames her customers for something that's not even their fault. So after everything is paid off for my family then not going through them ever again. As long as Mel is the "Manager" she has lost my families business. But on the good note Danni from there is awesome.
