Got a gift card for my nephew. The team members were so knowledgeable about the merch they had available. I wasn't able to find what I needed, but I was still able to find the backup. Great location!

I've been going to this location for many years. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Nice service, helpful but they forgot my free gift haha so did I though till after Xmas I realized.

First midnight release I wanted to go to in over a decade. I called twice to get the correct details and the GS employee wasn't sure what entrance I should go to. They also didn't mention the release was at 10: 30 PM. I get to the mall at 11: 40, call and I'm told that they had closed their tills and couldn't sell us the game. Thanks for reminding me why I don't shop at Game Stop.

Why didn’t anyone tell me that the MIDNIGHT release I just tried to go to would be closed TWENTY minutes before midnight? Really? When asked about the details of the release, why wasn’t that something the employee decided to disclose to me? It isn’t intuitive that a midnight release would start at 10: 30 and end less than an hour later and MAYBE should have been mentioned when I preordered. I was excited for this release, and now I don’t know if I even want to pick up my preorder from this location. I’m so disappointed and I hate having wasted a trip out because of either employee negligence or ignorance.

The worker Ryan that works at the Kingsway mall is very racist calling security on my sons for looking through the game basket and following my family around the store. Disgusting. As well as stating I’m not welcome at the store anymore and when I asked for a supervisor he said I’m the supervisor so get out. I expect better especially since I have a membership.

The used games here are always in amazing shape! I swear they use new cases for old games, which is awesome

Place was not busy and staff where eager to assist if needed. Had a good variety of gaming accessories and collectables.

Store was clean and organized I didnt interact with any staff so i cant speak to that. Store was busy.

Favorite EB Games to shop at.

I called the west location about a pre order for the new Zelda joy cons and the person had no idea what I was talking about. So I called Kingsway and spoke with Raina (I’m sure I’m spelling that wrong) she knew exactly what I was looking for and provided as much information as she could even with the limited information they had. Her customer service was amazing and she deserves some recognition for sure!

The only EB games making up more polices then the Alberta government. Seen a lady stand in line, was clearly seen by staff and when she finally got up to the door to go in she was told she wasn’t allowed in with a shield on. Even though she stated she couldn’t wear one.

Was told sorry store policy. Which would only be this EB games. Because I have seen people with shields on in other EB games.

Oh well guess I’ll shop else’s where’s to. I hope she does to when this is over. Lots of other EB games stores to support.

Has everything one could hope to find rare and common titles all a like, the bigger stores are the best ones. I found the staff knowable and very out going.

Always a good spot to go look for a game you were thinking about getting but didn't want to pay full price because you didn't know if you would like it or not they have a big selection of used games staff is very informative and I was very happy to see them dealing with covid in the safest way I've seen yet they let verry few people in the store so you could browse wile keeping lots of distance between anyone when I went there they only let 5 or 6 people inside at a time and there was a line to get in but it was pretty fast

Tristan was fantastic. He had the info on the switch. He got the ssbu edition but would have let us have it. Good guy. We got a labo instead though.

Great service. Nice location. Down side, if your going to run a sale / special offer it would be good to have a good stock of what your promoting.

Loved this store for years until I pre ordered a special edition of the game and was told that the special edition had been canceled but overheard the another staff member mention that the staff had decided to take them instead. Lost my business for life.

This guys are always knowledgeable and friendly. They have not only games but a sizable amount of collectibles from Think Geek. Good sales too!
