Awesome store! Kyra was so friendly and helpful, greeted me as soon as I opened the door and obviously has a passion for everything in the store. Found some pokemon pops I was after and she gave me info for future drops! Made my whole day

The staff here are the best. They found a clearance item for me at another store out of town and got it transferred in for me, called me promptly when it arrived. Saved my son's birthday! So helpful and this type of old school customer service is sincerely appreciated

Worst place to go theirs very racially they’re will watch you do anything even if just looking @ something serious all I wanted to do was look for something for my kids just watched on me only cause I’m native there was other ppl there but when I said something they pretend there doing job when there only watching me like I was stealing wth won’t recommend this place!

Went in to find a game console. They were not taking any more reservation/waitlist anymore. The staff there were very helpful for my situation. I would recommend this location over others.

I was recently at this location for a PS5 and had a very frustrating issue with an existing credit from a trade in. All of the staff were very helpful, polite, and the issue was eventually resolved. I recommend doing business with them, they will have mine from now on.

Walked in with my mask and was ready to purchase a controller the staff member said they had in stock. I had my mask hanging from my ear so I could drink my coffee. The supervisor at location me said I couldnt drink the coffee in the store. I asked her if I should cut a whole in the mask so I could drink it that way. Why is there no common sense at this loaction. Do staff at the store not eat or drink? I just wanted to buy something, in and out. No one wants to be lectured on wearing a mask.

Got in the store in the last 10min and the guy behind the desk announced it, making us feel super rushed. This is my fiancee birthday shopping we managed just to make it in time and were rushed out and in our car within 3 minutes. Great experience, thanks.

My boyfriend and I decided to go here one weekend just to check out the games as we just bought an X-Box. As we were looking around there was a rude woman who came in with her son and she demanded that she was exempt from wearing a mask. It took ever ounce of me not to say anything to this witch and the manager handled it so well so props to her.

Will never shop here or any other ebgames again. Staff attempting to dictate mandatory use of hand sanitizer and extremely rude when politely declined as is not required by Alberta and is an optional measure.

I would never set foot in this place again. If I could give zero stars, I would.

We walked in and we were asked to sanitize. I wore gloves and had not planned on taking them off but I did, to sanitize. There was three sales people working.

We went immediately to the till to get help with our purchase. This guy walks in after us. They asked him to sanitize as well. He didn't. He told them. I just came to pick up, I called you. They ask for a receipt. He told them, I am here to buy something. Both sales people tended to him.

We walked to the games wall. I point out the game, my girl wanted for Christmas and told my partner, that's the game. Let's go buy it somewhere else! And walked out.

Customer service is dirt poor, take your money elsewhere where I am confident you will get better service.

Sold me a broken Xbox one series X
Paid for a used Xbox they told me wasn't even used and was just returned. Well I never bought discs for it untill literally a month ago when I go to put the disc in and nothing. Won't work for any disc. And has been giving me problems since I bought it. Also been getting games from the previous owner still even after factory reset so they messed up big time. Honestly wish I tested it right away instead of waiting a year. Hate EB Games for being rip offs normally but can't believe they sold me a broken Xbox

I was in there the other day to pay for a game for my son. I had no idea what the game was called lol, but when I talked to Wendy and after of her a king a couple of questions, we figured out the game. Thank you Wendy you were a life saver.

I like thier selections of games and collectables plus the staff were very helpful and informative.

Good place for games and accessories plus you can trade in old game and buy once at a fraction of the price for new with warranty.

I’d suggest driving to Southgate mall or Skyview centre have the absolute best video game staff.

Poor service and racially discriminatory

Great service. Buy the only downfall is they open most of the games you buy here. Which sucks big time.

Just visited this store tonight, bought a game, a new charging station, and upgraded my edge card. My favorite staff member, Damien, answered all my questions, and as usual, helped me make a good choice)

This used to be a great store. The service and the selection, even the design of these stores is overwhelming and confusing. The staff are rude and ignorant. When asked to speak to a manager, the staff indicated there is not one.

This is how companies go out of business.

Wont be back.

It's eb games not much you can say except the owner works there and is very helpful with finding games and other items if you need to buy games in Leduc then this is one place you should go
