Ebus Calgary Downtown Ticket Office

Was travelling South on Hwy 2 just out by Crossfield. I was in the left lane when one of their buses tried to merge into my lane without looking. As he was half way into my lane he continued merging and honking while trying to run me off the road and side swipe my vehicle.
I called the company to file a complaint and never heard back.
Fortunately another driver flagged me down and had a dash cam that caught the whole thing and he as well was shocked that a professional driver with a bus line would pull such a maneuver and risk the safety of myself, himself, the passengers and every other vehicle within the vicinity.
Footage has been submitted to the police. Needless to say, I would never recommend endangering your life with a company that employs such wreckless behaviour and puts those around them in danger.

It looks like the red arrow will be moving to new place soon. I took the bus from Calgary to Lloydminster. No complaints, very easy booking and check in.

We have always enjoyed our trip on the ebus. Staff are always friendly and helpful. My husband needs assistance some time and the staff plus the drivers are excellent. We will continue to travel in the E-bus

There was this Fat lady who screamed at me saying i didnt sign in. I gave her 10 min but neglected me and started to attend other clients. So i would not travel with Ebus anymore! I dont loose anything rather the company loose couple of trips or more every week.

I unfortunately have needed to travel via bus between Edmonton and Calgary often during covid. Ebus does not socially distance passengers. The driver I have been with often has been pretty rude. On the morning June 27 bus from Calgary to Edmonton had a passenger with no mask at ALL. His had snapped. The passenger didn’t have a spare, and while the bus driver saw, he made absolutely no move to provide an alternate, remove the passenger, or even speak to them. I am now forced to share a bus with an unmasked passenger for three hours. Considering Ebus and Red Arrow’s entire thing is “Safely Home” it’s pretty laughable. And enraging. Spend your money on other and likely cheaper bus options. For the premium you pay with these two busses you are not getting even your basic safety needs met.

Booked a ticket with Ebus and turns out did not need it for that day, when I called in they would not give me a credit nor would they refund the money. I really just wanted the credit for another day as I explained to the lady. Wont be using them again.

My mother travelled from Edmonton to Calgary, when loading on the bus, she told the driver that she was going to the down town location, when she showed up her luggage did not follow.the drive dropped it off at the north location. They made us go and pick it up with not even a sorry or apology of any type, the driver was also rude when he realized what had happened and what he had done.

This is the worse bus ride. I'm travelling from Ftmac to Edmonton. The seats are way too close together and very uncomfortable.

Bus departed 1 hour after the originally intended departure time. It was not the drivers fault however the language he used suggested that the website does not accurately reflect the time required to get between cities. On the front page of their website it clearly outlines that WiFi and limited access to power outlets would be provided. This was also an inaccuracy, there was no WiFi and no power outlets. Finally there was garbage overflowing from the cup holder in front of me.

Bus driver was awesome! Super nice guy, and funny.

Super efficient and economic to travel from Calgary to Edmonton. Driver was nice. They were super helpful at the terminal.
