Racist and homophobic staff who would rudely turn selective customers down by saying the store was closed while the time was 3: 45pm. Pretty sure 15 minutes were more than enough to purchase a wire stripper and an electrical tape. Another excuse was they were very busy while there was only one other customer in the shop with whom there was enough time to have laugh and discuss everyday things for 10 mins.

I called for a specific list of HVAC supplies and they were in the middle of moving from one location, to another. The gentleman I talked to on the phone went out of his way to verify everything to ensure they had it on hand and easily available called me back 15 mins later and set it all aside for me, ready for pickup. Great customer service, good products and a pleasure to work with. Will continue to shop here.
