Horrible customer service. I will never shop there again. I would actually give it zero stars!

Very disappointed with the exchange policy! How am I suppose to wear something that is too big!
Will not be buying anymore at the GP store.

Sheri was amazing, great customer service and very attentive to everyone. I had a bunch of things to try on so she made sure to put me in the bigger fitting room for a more comfortable experience.

Came from Dawson Creek to do an exchange on a sweater shirt that was too small from xmas. I clearly stated I did not want a return just an exchange and I would pay the difference all tags attached and receipt with me. The employee called the store manager to ask if it would be ok the manager who is a woman proceeded to scream at her employee so loud I could hear from the other side of the cash register, then out of no where just hung up on her. I was so disgusted with her behaviour, and felt so bad for the worker, I told her not to worry about it and thanked her for trying. I ended selling it on FB anyways, but after this experience I to will no longer be supporting this store. This includes my friends and family when we drive over. I've never had this problem with other stores before, I'd rather go to Garage for women's clothing it's literally the same style and nicer undestanding people who are always willing to help & keep their customers.

Appalling customer service from a woman who claimed to be management. Disappointing return /exchange policy on something with receipt and tags still attached bought less than 24hr previous. Have supported and loved this store but will no longer set foot in again! The world is hard enough right now and i really hope for the future that staff will learn decency and professionalism in their store.
