I have had their HEPA filter system for my hvac for over a year now and as someone with allergies I have to say this has been fantastic. Justin recently came to service the system and showed me how much it has filtered out of the system and showed me everything he was doing. The system itself has helped reduce my allergies which in turn helped my asthma. Their customer service is excellent and I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

After purchassing a home with EcoTech air filtration in it we had no idea that it was still under warranty.
We received a letter stating this and have had inspections since.
They went above and beyond to let us know this when they really didn't have to. Justin's service and been top notch. Would highly recommend this company for their honesty and knowledge.

Booked 3 appointments each time i got a petty excuse about what occurred that day and why they couldn't show up, i understand once or twice but 3 times is a waste of my time and very unprofessional.i was also told id receive a call 2 hours before they showed up they called me 20 min after my appointment time to let me know my appointment had to be cancelled.the scratch card tactic was pathetic.do honest business.looking for a air filtration system for my house and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great company, they contact me & let me know when I'm due for service! The gentleman comes, following COVID protocols, explains what needs to be done & what the cost is & CHECKS EVERYTHING! Highly recommended! Feels good knowing I am doing what I can to keep my clients & home safe!

Hubby found a scratch card. Thought we would check it out. The lady on the phone was quite clear on what to expect. The salesman was nice, respectful, and funny. They were selling a product that was above our price range. Around 5k. I think if they really want to make money, they should sell the small air purifiers that work for a single room as well. Honestly those things cost like $150-200. They could sell those as an alternative or addition to selling their 5K air purifier. Then maybe more people would buy from them cause a $150 machine might be more affordable than the 5K addition to the furnace. Just a thought. In the end we did get a coupon card.

Great customer service from eco tech Calgary on our furnace installed air purifier! All service was included up front and make it easy to keep maintained and in good working order!

Kinan came to service the air filter system. He was very friendly, on time and efficient. Very happy with his service. Would highly recommend!

This is annoying and shouldn’t be allowed, I will never buy or recommend this company to anyone. I am very annoyed about their marketing practices.

They send a scratch card making you believe that You have won something, but this is just a trick to come to your house to convince you to buy their 6K filter. The biggest joke was the coupon card that is absolutely useless.

Hate their marketing practices. They sent a scratch card making it look like a winner, but this is just a trick to get into your house. After 1 hour of torturous presentation and pressure to buy, the prize was a coupon card that looks useless. This is a torture on the sales guy as well as the customer. This kind of marketing should be banned.

The Eco Tech representatives who came to our home were professional and easy to speak with. They presented their products in an educational, relatable way, and provided real-life examples of how and why one might use them. Plus, the air quality in the room they purified was AMAZING! (Like, seriously). I would definitely go with them for our next air purifying unit!

Since we purchased the Air Purification there was a great air quality inside our house. Great Service too!

I found them to be extremely professional, they communicated everything that was going to be done, they showed me what was pulled out of my vents as the previous owners clearly didn’t maintain the furnace. Im due to have a baby any day now and needed/wanted this done before the baby comes home. I’m already noticing that I’m sneezing less and not as stuffed up as I used to be. I’m extremely happy with using this company. I’d recommend to anyone wanting/needing their duct work cleaned out. Thank you so much

We had our furnace cleaned by them, and have 0 complaints. They were extremely professional, and had great customer service. Would recommend to anyone!

We purchased our air and UV system March 2019, we were not sure at first about making this decision, but after the service we received by the company and their histroy, we decided that we would go for it and have not regretted the decision since.

We have noticed a massive diffeerence in the air quality in our home, the dust inside our home has also reduced drastically (about 60% - 70%).

We have also notice a difference in our utility bills (decrease in our monthly charges) and the bills have been more consistent each month.

Overall we feel we have made the right choice with Ecotech Calgary.

We bought the air systems from Charles January 2020 excellent for our kids and my hubby's snoring has gone down drastically

We've had an air filter for 2 months now. Yesterday, the salesman came again for another reading and to reassure us that the machine was properly working and he also gave us a current reading of the dust. That should be done every year during the revision and maintenance but we didn't want to wait 12 months before we know it's actually working. We are very pleased.

Noticed an improvement in the air quality inside our home overall. I believe its best decision we've made for the household since purchasing, dust has drastically reduced in the home and our utility bill seems to have decreased as well.

I highly recommend Ecotech, the staff are friendly and very informtative and the customer service is really good!
