Got a windows and door quote from Vlad C. The process was seamless and efficient. Vlac was very pleasant to talk to, respectful, and happy to provide answers to any of the questions I had during the process. He was very knowledgeable about many aspects of what I asked about.

Tony came to do a quote today and was super helpful. He helped figure out how to do the greener home loan and gave me helpful advice on types of window would work best for my home.

Had this door replaced 1 year ago with ecoline. It was a terrible experience then. And now, the quality of the door is not even sealed. Ecoline was expensive for a poor product

I just had Ecoline Windows out to quote window replacement as we have experienced water damage and leaking since the purchase in 2021 of a 10-year old home. This was a free in-home estimate which was easy to book, and I received reminders leading up to my appointment. Project Manager (Uriel) was very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly my options and was able to answer all my questions. There was something that caught his eye which made him check the exterior casing and he was able to immediately determine my issue is almost certainly a step missed during the build process, and does not require window replacement. Because of Uriel's knowledge and honesty, I have likely been saved thousands of dollars. I felt in necessary to leave a review to commend this company on their honesty and expertise. If I need any assistance with windows in the future Ecoline will be who I call without a doubt. Thank you Uriel!

These guys installed a new family room window for our house, large window. The quote was reasonable, the sales rep was professional and knew his stuff. They were organized, offered financing, good warranty, etc. The installers did good work, solid company overall. We would hire them again.

Denis and Nick did a fantastic job on our windows! We highly recommend Ecoline for Costco installation. Also, Dmitry was our Project Manager and he did a great job. He was very patient and was able to put through our last minute change of window colour just in time - this was very appreciated! And, we received our 10% Costco discount today as well. All in all, the experience was excellent and I would recommend Ecoline.

We had Denis and Nick come to install windows from Costco. They came in the middle cold weather and were extremely professional. They laid out carpets and mats to protect our floors and were very quick and efficient. They were very friendly people. Windows turned out amazing. They also showed us how the windows worked. We're very happy they came!

Slava and his crew installed all the windows, two big patio doors, and a front entrance door without any flaws. They inspected everything and made adjustments when needed. The whole job was done in one day. The result is amazing.

I first ran across Ecoline in Costco and we ended up ordering two windows from the them. Their prices beat both Home Depot and Lowes because their quote included installation.

The service representative was excellent. Communication was good and we were always kept informed of what was happening. Delivery of the goods took some time but this is no different than any other company. The windows eventually arrived and the installers were fabulous. They did an excellent job and compared to other window installations I have had (through a big box store), these guys were the best, hands down! I am very pleased and would buy windows from them again.

Considering the positive experience I had with the windows I decided to buy blinds from them as well. My experience with the blinds was NOT as positive as the windows. The price was good and the blinds themselves are nice enough. My issue lies with the mechanism to raise and lower the blinds. That mechanism is awful and raising and lowering the blinds is a bit of a time consuming exercise. The sales rep made a decision on what would be best for us without discussing our options. If I had seen the mechanism prior to purchasing I would never have bought them.

Every morning and evening I grow ever resentful of making this particular purchase as I stand in front of the windows, repetitively pulling a plastic cord until the blinds are either raised or lowered. Although I have called to raise my concern and frustration there has been no action taken on this issue. I would happily have them removed and put back the old blinds.

If I could have posted two reviews I would have done so. The windows would have received a 5-star review and the blinds would have received a 2-star review.

Def 5 stars +. Great company. Best windows I have been getting so far, the quality is top notch in all aspects. Every single piece is expensive and solid. Fittings are very good with metal parts instead of cheap plastic. My room was quite loud before, this was the main reason for an upgrade, it def exceeded all of my expectations. The soundproofing is perfect it is very cozy room now. Also this was the only company who offered this width of opening. Appreciate the help of Vlad Butko, he helped me with all the aspects, and I received very detailed consultation. Would absolutely recommend to anybody who is seeking for good quality product.

Made an appointment for an estimate to get the windows replaced on our home. Nobody bothered to show up for the appointment. We waited all night. Nobody called to explain why the appointment was missed that night or since that day. Very disappointing. Your competition will be getting our business.

We are gradually having our old windows replaced by Ecoline Windows. We started in 2018 and were happy with the result! We have continued every year since and are now in the process of completed the entire house. Ecoline was helpful accommodating this gradual approach. The quality is good, the pricing fair and the installation process efficient. Vlad, sales representative was awesome when we had our meeting in my house. He explained everything about the door. After the door was installed he called me to make sure installation went well.

I would have given Ecoline Windows more stars; however, they have completely messed around with us. We ordered our windows on April 1,2021 and didn't receive our final window (which they ordered incorrectly twice) until October 28,2021. It took them 7 months to get this correct. There was also quite a few deficiencies and mistakes made during the installation process that Ecoline Windows has failed to make right. I have been fighting with Ecoline Windows for a few months now regarding everything and they are making no effort for a resolution. I would not recommend anyone to go through Ecolline Windows for their home.

Salesman was very professional. He took the time to help me find door options to suit my needs. The quote was very detailed - showing exactly what I would be receiving. There were a few production delays, but the company was very good about keeping me up to date on progress. Installers were fast and professional and they made sure I was happy with the install before leaving.

Vlad was very informative and knowledgeable during the sales process and also post-sales follow-up. Thank you to Kostya, Sharky, Andrew and the crew as they were very professional and finished installing windows ahead of schedule for our whole house and back door, which is a very pleasant surprise. It was originally supposed to be 3 days and they finished in 2 days! They kept us informed throughout, were courteous and cleaned up afterwards. Great service. We have used Ecoline for two projects so far and have been really happy with the results both times. They also helped us to navigate the Canada Greener Homes Grant to benefit from a few energy saving rebates.

Vlad and Dimitri were awesome on my last install. All my windows, patio door and front door have been supplied by Ecoline. My last install included extra work on all my windows. The guys came up with the design and install. They were efficient, courtesy and kept me inform. The end result was outstanding. The cladding turned out awesome arond the windows.

I ordered windows in June. Paid for windows, window installation, blind removal & re-installation of blinds all before window installation was to be undertaken.

Had our windows installed Mon-Tues in Calgary. A couple of hiccups.
One screen missing for one of the installed windows. Will have to see how long it takes to get it the replacement. The actual window is fine though. As of today, 9 out of 14 blinds still are not re-installed as they will need to be cut to fit the new windows. I was not expecting that; however, I received a call this evening from one of their Calgary based team members, he has assured me that they will be covering all costs associated with re-sizing the blinds. Additionally, he will be sending someone out Monday to install temporary blinds in all the impacted rooms. Very nice and important extra as most of the impacted rooms are bedrooms. That very nice gentleman even provide his personal cell for any follow-up. That's stellar service.

I want to make special mention of the amazing installation team. Andrew Sharky Zhenga & team were wonderful to work with. Pleasant, hard working, professional. Top-notch team and really nice guys.

I was so impressed with the quality of the windows that Alex showed us, it didn't take much convincing to sign up as we had several quotes and all were similar dollar amounts except that Ecoline Windows were far superior! I can hardly wait to get them installed. Alex was also very knowledgeable on the Greener Home Grant as well. I would highly recommend Ecoline!

It has not been a smooth process from the beginning but, after meeting with their manager and a regional manager, we believe we found common ground.

The problem
In summary, we bought windows and blinds from Ecoline. Their staff installed the blinds incorrectly and, as a result, one of the windows only opened up to one inch of clearance.

The experience
After realizing that the first window the installer worked on did not open, we requested to stop his work and pack up. He finished the installation while we were on the phone talking to Ecoline support.
We tried resolving the issue through the regular channels with no success.
It was difficult to contact their manager. I had to make up his email by finding his full name from their receptionist and using their company's email address convention (the name's first, plus last name, plus @ecolinewindows.ca).
Once I reached out to the manager, he apologized, offered to cover the holes with liquid vinyl and reinstall the blinds. A solution we were partially not pleased with because we did not pay for patched windows.
We tried requesting a different solution, to which they said, "There is nothing else that can be done" and offered to waive the blinds installation fee ($68).
At this point, we asked if they could guarantee that the repairs were going to be visible but, they would answer by lightly describing the repair process, citing the liquid vinyl properties or, how it is used in the production line.
Twenty days and, eight emails later (between his and mines), we involve our lawyer in the conversation. They finally replied, "Based on your request. The holes would not be visible".

The Refund
It was approved on June 16th and we did not talk about it, again, until June 29. Then we followed up twice with no answer from them. Next, we reached out to a regional VP and three hours later we got a reply from them. Unfortunately, they did not address the refund status.
A number of emails later, they offered to mail the cheque but we never received it. That said, they claim it was sent three times via Canada Post.
Finally, I posted this review, now emended, which resulted in the meeting mentioned in the opening lines.

Since then, we were able to put aside our differences, the refund was sent via email transfer and we will be booking a service call to cover the holes and reinstall the blinds.

In conclusion, the experience was dreadful, they answered most of my emails in a timely matter although, often it felt like the conversation was going nowhere and at times it felt like we were been ignored.

Super professional window installation from Andrii, Sharky and Eugene. We are very happy with the quality of windows and the attention-to-detail they all showed before and after the work, they simply exceeded our expectations.

Explained everything in detail, had samples and gave me a very detailed quote. He also changed my quote twice for me because I couldn’t make up my mind. He was very friendly, worn a mask in the home without questions. Even my dog loved him and my dog doesn’t like strangers!

Got my new windows installed today. Crew (Andrew and Sharos) came on time, were very polite, explained all the details. Work was done well, they cleaned everything.

Joel paid us a visit in our Northwest Calgary home, extremely satisfied with the presentation he gave, we signed an order to replace the windows of the entire house immediately. A few months after we had the new windows installed by Nick and Michael. Outstanding job on their part - quick, clean, accurate, and friendly. We're very satisfied with the new windows, they're sturdy and look great. Highly recommended company and service!

Ive been working with Ecoline over 2 years to gradually replace 24 windows and an exterior door.

Now that it’s done, I can say:

1) I would strongly consider Ecoline again should I ever need window replacement
2) They are not perfect, but work hard and quickly to rectify any issues
3) Their installers work hard, long hours in some really challenging conditions - kudos to these guys
4) The quality of the windows and frames is very good, and it looks like recently (2021) they have made some changes to the design to make them even better

Over my project (multiple orders and installs) I’ve worked with a number of their sales folks, the office, measurement and installers. I had no issues with any of them, but big shout out to the install crew of Matt and Alex who I thought went a step above the other crews I worked with, in terms of quality of the install as well as being super polite and treating the house as if it was their own.

A few things to work on:

1) The communication between all the different stakeholders at Ecoline (quote, measure, office, install) sometimes breaks down, but largely they do a good job

2) The installers standards on cleanup are a bit rough - each time I needed to clean the windows and interior. Would be great if they at least did a better job ensuring the window exterior glass was clean prior to departure

I had my windows done today by Sharkey, Andrew, and Eugene. The company contacted me to let me know last week that my sliding patio door would not be ready, but would I like to get the windows in while the weather was nice. I opted to have the windows done, and was charged accordingly, with the balance due for the door when that arrives and is installed.

I was given a 9-11am arrival window. They were here about 9: 30am, and are in the process of cleaning up now, at 2: 30pm. I had 7 windows done today. They look great. The gentlemen were very friendly and competent. My house is a 1990 Stucco house, and of course some of the stucco was damaged when removing the old windows. This wasn't unexpected, and the gentlemen patched the stucco accordingly, before sealing with Silicone.

The final price came in lower than I'd expected before getting the quote, and the warranty appears to be excellent. The windows themselves look great, and slide very easily, compared to my old 30 year old ones.

Would use this company again, and recommend to others.

I recently had 4 of my living room windows replaced by Ecoline Windows. The initial consultation process was great, they took the time to explain the differences between the products and make recommendations based on what I needed. The installation process was also fast and straightforward and the windows look and work great! Everyone I have dealt with is professional and friendly. We have had 6 windows and a sliding deck door from Ecoline installed. We have ordered 4 more for install. We are very pleased with the salesperson (Sergei), quality of the windows and door and the quality of the installation. We highly recommend them.

We had Ecoline Windows Calgary install 10 replacement windows for us and were very pleased. We initially talked to a few different companies. Joel sat down with us and walked us through the Ecoline window features in a professional manner. We appreciated that as some of the other people were a little hyper aggressive. Joel gave us a great price quote with a well documented list of the windows we wanted. The windows were built and available a couple of weeks later than the original estimated delivery window (but COVID has slowed a lot things down). Ecoline scheduled the installation with us for a 2 day window. The installers (Nik & Michael) showed up on time, did a quick walk through with us and then got after it. They communicated very well with us and finished the project on schedule. Aliana at the office called us both days to check that we were happy with the installation quality & progress. All in all, we were quite happy that we chose Ecoline. The windows look great and the house is warmer and less drafty. Thanks to everyone involved.

From the initial quote to the installation everything was handled very efficiently and professionally. There was a delay with installation but with Covid, hail damage repairs in the NE and supply shortages that was to be expected. Once a date was set, Igor and Bruce arrived on time and completed the installation of 9 windows seemingly without effort!
The new windows look great and I can notice the difference in room temperature already (warmer). I am already thinking of replacing a few more windows this year! I'd definitely recommend Ecoline to my friends.

Had to wait a while for the install and besides what there add says about all the fitters working for them, the team that came to us were contractors. The windows seem good, however the door is just a cheap one I'm pretty sure they went to Lowes and picked up n the morning. Despite what the salesman said, all of our existing blinds no longer fit as the frames are smaller than the original. We had half the house done and if we were happy we said we wold get the other half done, however.we will probably go with another company after this experience.

UPDATE: Eventually collected three blinds and said they would get them altered. That was a month ago today and I've heard nothing since. Perhaps I'm expecting to much from a company I've spent over 10k with. Left messages to call me back and crickets.

We replaced 4 windows in our home last Friday. Simply put, our new triple pane windows are great, the installers were professional and we're very happy with everything. Very happy with Ecoline.

Had a great experience with the company. Had a salesman Alex here right on time. Had several different companies come out to get quotes but Ecoline was the most efficient. Not the cheapest but the the best quality which is more important! Salesman had to come back several times and was in constant contact and always there right when I needed him to swing back by or measure something.

I sent Ecoline windows a text message from an ad I saw regarding purchasing a window. They responded within an hour and had exactly what I was looking for. The price was also reasonable. Two thumbs up (or five stars in this case).

My house is 27 years old the original windows were Pella. My brother recommended Ecoline windows. I called Ecoline to get an estimate for the other windows and to repair the damaged bay he was prompt and on time for the appointment and gave a good quote for all the windows I wanted replaced. I had them replace two windows one in the Dining Room and the Bath Room. They did a great job cleaned up after so my wife didn't know they were there. After a year of no problems with their product I called and asked them to give be a quote for replacing a wide basement bedroom window and the upstairs Master. Joel came out gave me a quote and date that they could do the job. (I asked them to make the MBR window lower and wider) The job was done again to our satisfaction. I just had them replace the Recroom patio door. Again great job. I would recommend them to friends without hesitation.
