I don’t usually write reviews unless the service is worthy of it - Paul jr and his entire staff are always top notch. I always get in and out quickly with the best of care and you feel appreciated as a customer. With their new expansion, they are sure to address any automotive need you may have. Highly recommend!

The staff here are always helpful, and always go the extra mile to serve you better. I have never had a bad experience here.

My thanks to Kurt at the 200 183 highway 16a location in spruce grove. I discovered a leaking oil filter that was in stalled by my chev dealership. I was heading out hunting at the time but apparently that dealership didn’t have the 5 min to help me out.
I pulled into the the econolube, explained the situation and “bam”
Done at very reasonable price. Not to mention the pleasant attitude and willingness to help.

What else can be said but ABOVE and BEYOND. These guys have been serving the Grove well. Not only are they trustworthy but they aim to deliver the highest standard of customer service. Can't recommend them enough.

Had a bad tire. Kurt got us in right away to try to help. Unfortunately him and Coale were unable to patch it but really took the time to be kind and try their best to work out a solution for us. Thanks guys. Stay cool!

The owner and some of his staff was very helpful and kind when they changed my headlights. I’m very grateful for them. I leave 37 km away but I will surely be back again to this place for change oil. I recommend this place. They have a lot of services to offer. I even told my employer since they own a driving school that if they need some repair for their car they will go to this place, and they told me that they’ve known the owner and been in this company for a long time for their serviced. Keep up the good works!

Best lube job for the price anywhere. And more friendly of a staff than you'll find at most other places

Great experience here! Very friendly and fast. They also offered us water for free. Not many places offer free anymore LOL. It was $152 to change synthetic oil in a 2017 Q5 Audi. We will be coming back!

Matt and Jim helped me during my first experience, very professional and very kind. The entire experience is why I will continue to seek out family owned businesses over corporate. You can hear a certain positivity and camaraderie in the businesses atmosphere. Will be back again!

Had an issue with my thermostat today, very stressful situation, Carole got me in quickly and helped me get the situation fixed, didn’t overcharge me and was so very kind to me and my 3 children. Cannot say enough good things about this business. Definitely will be going to them for all future car needs. Thank you to Manny aswell for shuttling myself and my children home, such a nice guy.

To be fair every visit before last deserved 5 stars, however this review is based on the last. While getting my oil changed I overheard the technician underneath my car berating a new hire about only removing 2 of 4 pins on the guard covering the oil pan which resulted in a tear. At the end of my oil change, rather than explaining what happened the technician told me that they discovered a tear and drilled a new hole to keep it on as a favour to me. At the time I didn’t care to get into a confrontation because I assumed that would work (something I now regret) …currently the cover is hanging off on that side and I’ll have to either remove it or pay for a replacement.

To sum up, great place for an oil change but I don’t appreciate being lied to, especially with consequences to my vehicle.

Service was great - however a week after getting my oil change done, check engine light came on. When I went to check the oil level, I noticed the dip stick was halfway out which can cause major issues. Not happy at all.

Got my tires changed over a couple of days ago. The boys were awsome. Checked everything out before putting on the winter tires.

Been going here awhile now. Nothing but great service. Kirk the supervisor always has gone out of his way to help me out every way possible when I come in broke down with my old truck. Not to mention he helped me out a bit past closing time with a blown power steering line. All the guys in the shop are super helpful and try to help as much as they can. Love going here. Price is always super reasonable as well.

I go here for all my oil changes and Tire changes now, even though it takes 45 min to get there for me. They are quick, efficient and clean. They don't try to talk you into unnecessary purchases like most other mechanic shops and reasonable prices. They are professional and friendly as well. 10/10 recommend!

We just moved up into the area and needing an oil change when I came across Econolube. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had! I was offered a bottle of water and they went above and beyond any lube shop I have ever used. By far my favorite and using them for all our vehicles.

These guys are great. They have helped me out with my truck twice now on short notice and have been very accommodating. A dealership quoted me almost 50% more for a job these guy did for me super fast. Highly recommend.

Paul and the team at Econolube always go above and beyond for me when I come in for service. They take great pride in being a supporter of the community and knowing their customers. I was there today for an oil change and was very impressed with how quickly they did the oil change. Their customer service was A1 their payment machine was down and I was not able to pay right away so they told me to leave without paying and they would call me. I was so impressed that I didn't wait for them to call and came back to pay. They trusted me which is not something that happens anymore I would highly recommend thus shop to everyone

Not the only. Only the best! Extremely satisfied every time I come here. Service and speed, without sacrificing quality. Usually just in for a quick oil change, but just learned they are a full service (and tires too!) garage. They communicate well and don't push needless services and products on to me. Locally owned, support local!

All I could say is, this is by far the most accommodating oil change place I've ever been to. John and Morgan made sure the service is done right while on the other hand never did make me feel bad for coming in closer to their closing time. They even chat with me about my car after the service, super friendly. John and Morgan keep up the good work!

A big thank you to John at Econolube who gave our company a service recommendation on a newer vehicle still on warranty. Our Jeep Gladiator had a substantial issue with the differential, needless to say John’s recommendation saved us a lot. Really can’t say enough about the professionalism from both teams at Econolube’s Spruce Grove locations, they are the best!

The team here did a great job. Took a little longer than expected but I could clearly see they were busy with it being winter tire season. Thorough work though and quality parts. Car feels refreshed. They did a good job. Good prices too!

Amazing experience I'm one to do my own oil changes but i was impressed by how thorough they where i will be going back its worth the price you pay and the employees are extremely pleasant and went above and beyond

Econolube does seasonal tire changeovers! Who knew? I didn't, but a friend referred me to Econolube. His business is in the same complex. I called last Saturday and asked if they could acommodate me - Jordan said I might have to wait for half an hour before they could get to me, but they could do it. Fantastic! Every other place in Spruce Grove had a week to 2 weeks wait, I could definitely wait for an hour or whatever! The work was done quickly and professionally and at a lower cost than I've paid in the past to tire shops. I will definitely be back and will recommend them every chance I get!

I’m not usually one for small talk in my day to day, however I enjoyed talking to the supervisor, perfect customer service, perfect vehicle service.

Coale went above and behind with a great service. I was surprised by the amount of free bonuses they throw in like giving the cab a quick vacuum. I like supporting local, will go again!

Good technicians. Can just about repair or replace anything. E. G.windshield wipers, tail and head lights, fuel filters (Diesel) Even check the air in your tires and top up your windshield washer fluid. Fairly decent prices, no high pressure sales tactics like other Lube shops do.
