There is nothing convenient with shopping in person anymore. Went to the west Edm location on my lunch break to “quickly” purchase a few items. I drove all the way from St Albert. The tills were down, all 4 staff had no idea who to call or what to do- they were dialing random numbers out of a binder and it was never the right number - nobody suggested an alternate solution (if I worked there I would have offered to at least accept cash) I left my items - they lost a sale for poor problem solving. Might as well make it a online store and lay off all the dead head employees.
The most ignorant staff I have ever had to deal with today. The blond hair older lady is very unprofessional and unpleasant. I had to leave the store and my item behind as to lack of help!
Just received outstanding service from Maureen! I was on lunch break and she help me find snow pants for my daughter that were super lightweight and made no sounds. She was very knowledgeable, showed me my options very quickly, and help me to find the perfect size! Thank you so very much Maureen.
It may be the time of the year, but the store seemed poorly stocked with much less variety than the last time I shopped there before COVID. The sale prices were reasonable but there was little size and colour selection so I ended up leaving the store without making a purchase. It seemed clean and reasonably staffed. The staff were friendly and helpful so that was a positive. Maybe when the fall and winter inventory comes in it will be worth trying again.
I haven't been to EB in a while. But i was really surprised. A lot of new takes on some old staples. Saw some really nice pants. Great cut, great colors.
But I was really impressed with the selection of shirts. Nice styles, great colors, and really interesting comfortable materials.
But, and here is the kicker, the sale was great. I paid a very good price.
