Edge Clothing

The staff we’re friendly but my dad and i went in there yesterday and spent a bunch of money, for them not to take the security tags off that require a gun on some of our items… now we can’t get it off and misplaced our receipt so they’d probably just charge us again.

This place has completely lost its costumer loyalty. Have spent thousands here over the years and just recently tried to do a simple & straight forward return/exchange and was denied. Will never shop here again. These places preach "shop local" which I try to support, but your costumers are paying $10-$50 more by doing it and get this run around instead of hassle free exchanges and returns that online shopping offers.

At first a came in to this store cause I was just trying to kill some time. Then I found quite a few things I liked and was going to buy, until I realized the girl working there was following me around the store. I tested this by going to random spots in the store and sure enough wherever I went she went too. I understand that theft is a big thing in the retail industry, I work in it.but when someone comes in wearing yoga pants and a racer back tank top NOT carrying a purse or any other bags I think it’s pretty safe to assume they’re not going to steal anything. I mean where will I hide a pair of jeans under my super tight fitting clothing? The last straw was when she walked behind the desk at the fitting room and picked up a magazine which just so happened to be less then 10 feet from where I was looking at a pair of jeans.
This was both my first time in this store and also my last. I will not shop in a place that makes me feel as uncomfortable as I just felt.

For years me and my girlfriend never went in this store but due to covid we figured we would support local.
Well all sales are final I Geuss, she got me a birthday gift and it was in a sealed package (underwear) and she went to return it the other day because it's not my usual SAXX she remembered. They wouldn't take them back no store credit or anything.
This will be the last time we shop here total BS sealed package.

Best service i have ever recieved in my life 15/10 will reccomend this store to all my friends this is quality u cant beat

I came in for toddler shoes expecting them to be discontinued but was very happy to hear that there has been another source to bring them from. The service is very quick and friendly.
