Shout out to Amed for helping my partner and I with our move-out! He told us what needed to be done in advance and made the process smooth. Our apartment was modern and stylish. We will certainly miss living at Edgemont Estates!

Be very careful when you think about moving into this place. The management is all about money. They made sure that they kept all of my damage deposit even though there was no damage, they charged for carpet cleaning, they charged for painting, even though there was no damage or need for painting. They're very underhanded about their move out reports. I had the place cleaned by professional cleaners. Damage that was present at the time of move-in was not put on the move in report. Expensive place to live and poor management.

If I could give more stars! Moved in recently and I must say i love my space. Naiz is such a human! She’s amazing. She makes you feel so comfortable right from enquires to moving in. Thank you so much Naiz. I recommend this place.

I lived here for a year and would not recommend it. Out of all the previous places I've lived, I never had an issue getting my full security deposit back until this place. They will try to take as much as they can from your security deposit. We cleaned the place well and we were still charged a $90 cleaning fee. They will do a quick move-in inspection and a very thorough move-out inspection. They made note of things that were previously that way upon move-in, I wish I had taken pictures of everything. For example, two light bulbs were burnt out when we had moved in, and we were charged $10 each. We were also charged $15 for a missing sink stopper, so make sure you write down if the place came with 1 or 2 sink stoppers in the kitchen (this was not done during the move-in inspection). Management is hard to get a hold of by phone or email. The noise levels are high. Tenants would smoke weed or cigarrettes in the parkade and even inside, and would leave garbage everywhere. Tenants wouldn't pick up their dogs' poop to the point where the Owner talked about doing DNA samples on all dogs. One day, the glass front doors were smashed, and were covered in blood. Another day, we had no hot water because of vandalism, where someone broke a valve in the ceiling. People are always moving into and out of the building, and it is clear why.

We moved from Manitoba to live here in Edmonton. I just want to say thanks to Niaz for making the process easy for us!

The people who work in the leasing office at Edgemont Estates are wonderful, helpful, kind and efficient. One really stands out and that’s Niaz! Yesterday, she truly went above and beyond when she offered to replace the furnace filter for me after the contractor couldn’t access it. It was trickier than either of us expected, but there’s no quit in Niaz as she contorted herself to squeeze in there to get it done! Thank you Niaz; you’re a gem!

Very stylish, clean and well kept building. The staff are great! Niaz Abdul has been amazing. It was never easy to look for an apartment, but she helped us make it happen. We had an awesome experience with her.

Amritta left last year, taking with her any shred of sympathy and fairness this soulless corporation had to offer. The business' only culture is the brainwashing of employees, having them believe that the tenants are responsible for the unnecessary repairs and improvments that will be done after their trusting clients finally decide they can't tolerate being scammed at every angle.

They want your financial commitment, subordination, and your damage deposit. Your dollar goes way further renting anywhere else.

I Move a month ago to Edgemont Estates and I must say I'm so happy in this Apartment, I love the updates the maintenance of the Apartments. How can I leave out Niaz the Person who made this so possible. Niaz you have been so Helpful and accommodating. Keep it up you became like a family. Happy to met you Niaz and keep up the good work. We Appreciate you Niaz

We moved in about a month ago and overall the experience has been good. Niaz was very helpful in getting us into the apartment we wanted and allowed us to come back a couple times along to process to make sure it was the perfect fit. The only things I would say is there isn’t very much storage in the apartments and we do hear the people upstairs frequently.

Looking for a nice, clean and quiet place to stay? Look no further than city vibe edgemont. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Niaz was quick to answer my initial contact request when I was looking for a new apartment, and was prompt with follow ups. She always has a solution if any hiccups occurs and is effective at what she does. Very accommodating. A star off due to a couple of maintenance issues, and I do wish the parkade had lights on 24/7 vs.motion sensored, but otherwise I am happy with the building

Very happy we chose this place for our first rental place in Alberta. Niaz is very accommodating and patient! I have recommended this place to a lot of my friends who have also moved from Toronto.

Moved from Calgary to Edmonton. Found this apartment last minute and Niaz was very very helpful. She helped get me set up for my move-in date and answered all the questions I had. Only issue I had was a faulty appliance, which is still in the process of getting fixed. Like the neighbourhood too, quiet and good for taking long walks.

Stylish and well kept building. I waited last minute to find a new place to live and was in a panic. I called the leasing office and Niaz squeezed me in for a showing the same day! She was very friendly, professional and great at her job. She listened to my needs and showed me two units, I ended up getting approved the same day and moving in the next month! Very pleased so far and I still thank Niaz when I see her for helping me find a unit that accommodates my family and I.

I have nothing bad to say for my first apartment. I do wish the the apartments were a bit bigger. I’ve only been living here for about 2 weeks.

I live in a 3 bedroom apartment. I’m very happy here. It’s a quiet & clean apartment building. Staff is great. And the grounds are kept clean. Niaz was very helpful to me while obtaining my apartment, & since I’ve lived here she’s very helpful with anything I need, & with any questions I have. I would highly recommend living Here.

Edgemont Estates is a very nice condo. The grounds are well kept and it’s very clean. So far in my experience, it’s been very quiet. Not a lot of noise and nothing to really complain about. Niaz Abdul has been my leasing agent for the last year and she has been fantastic. Niaz goes above and beyond for any of my needs. She is very informative, friendly and knowledgeable. She has made the moving process very easy. Definitely recommend going through her if you are moving:)

From the moment we viewed the apartment to when we moved to in, my boyfriend & I have had nothing but an amazing experience all because of Niaz, not only is she an amazing person she goes above and beyond to show her care and compassion for her tenants. She’s always so friendly and happy when you see or talk to her and always makes me laugh somehow. The building, the area and everything about the place is great. Super clean, overall pretty quiet and friendly tenants.
