Excellent, appropriate care. No unnecessary testing and procedures. Andrea is a caring and knowledgeable veterinarian that has always given us top quality service and advice for our Bernese.

I had the unfortunate luck to have to deal with "Dr. " Cathy Kerr, I have to say since she no longer works there the clinic is a thousand times better. These doctors actually care about the animals and owners. Was glad to see she no longer works there and would happily take my pets back again and again.

The vets and vet techs are so wonderful and patient with my very anxious pup! They do their best to make the patients (and people) to be comfortable and take time to address all your concerns. The vets also have suggested natural alternatives vs.medication for my dog's severe separation anxiety, which is also greatly appreciated.

This place is always so good to my dog. All the staff are friendly and always take the best care when I come in. They also don’t mind answering any questions you have regarding treatment or overall care.

Can't believe what happened today. Went there around 7: 45am for my puppy's spay and the lady didn't let us in because they open at 8am. My appointment was at 8am but was told to be there by 7: 45am when I arranged. Okay, it could have been a miscommunication, but it was -21 degree outside! Couldn't you at least let us wait inside? Waiting outside for 15 minutes in that temperature was long enough to change my mind to cancel it and leave this clinic for good. Felt so humiliated! I was not even there to buy a candy! I was there for the surgery! The manager called and apologized later and said the lady may have been felt not safe to allow us in (?), but we have felt she must have no heart to care. And also, I found out that their fees were much higher. So, I thank you for that.

Yesterday we were in such a pinch. My family and I are all very sick and our dogs needed to see a vet for advice. We used the chat function on their app (we have no voices due to this cold) and they were able to help us. At the end of the day we did contactless pickup for a prescription and it was a huge help. I would recommend this vet clinic- they go above above and beyond for our pups
