Dropped off several boxes of items for donation. Was greeted by Emma who was so friendly and helpful and immediately came out to help unload my car. It's great to have a donation location that is so quick and easy.
Donating here is a breeze, the staff is super friendly and they are usually out with a cart before my hatch is popped. Emma was great on my last visit despite how cold it was. Will always come here.
My family has supported Goodwill for many years now. Thank you for having stores everywhere and most importantly: supporting Albertans with disabilities. I'll be dropping off another bag of clothes today!
Online it says they close at 5 I arrived at 4: 45. They were closed and not even a person in sight. Even though on the time sheet faced outside says it closes at 5. You guys should at least post a reason on the door for early closing. Won't be coming back to this location due to this waste of time.
Really big and lots to choose from - could spend all day looking. Only down side is it's kinda busy. Its hard to look with people always weaving in and out & pushing you aside so they can look - kinda annoying. Not everyone social distances as well - everyone does wear a mask tho
In this location there is a Senior East Indian associate who is extremely rude. I asked for help to unload my donations and he got angry, it was obvious he didn’t want to help me, he raised his voice on my when I start unloading the bags and placing them on the floor. He looked at annoyed and then shouted To give him the bags in his hand. There was not need to shout as I was just in front of him. I had a c section recently and I’m not able to lift heavy things, but since He wasn’t willing to help me, I started to do it all by myself. I never expected he will take behaved so rudely, specially in goodwill where people working there are so friendly all the times. His last name starts with DH, don’t remember his full name.
