Had an awesome experience over at their west end location. A massive shout out to Chris Harroun. He is one of the sales staff. He was very nice. Took care of my needs and was quick to help me out. I appreciate the treatment I got and will continue to use their services in the future. If you need any screws or tools definitely look them up. They will take care of you. Thanks Chris. If you like tools, bolts and other such things, you'll love this place. They have everything. And after searching high and low online and in-person for a specific item, I finally found it at this store for a very (very) reasonable price.

The layout is nice and spacious and it is easy to get around the store. A few downsides though: there are no prices displayed, so you have to take things up to the counter to find out how much the item costs and this can get tiring if you have several items. Also, with the exception of the greeter, it was very hard to tell who was a customer and who was an employee. And no one offered any assistance at any point, which was unfortunate.

Anyway, I would return to this store, simply because they are likely to have what I am looking for.

Long wait time and I was overcharged. The only way I found out was because I had to come back to get more of what I ordered and I bought the same amount for 1/3 of the price. I was charged triple the first time for the same product!

The first fellow who helped me was slow, short in his responses and overcharged me. 2 stars. No thanks.

The second person who helped me was Becky. She was mindful of me, helped me identify the product I needed and was very quick in ringing up my order. Becky saved this review. 5 stars for Becky. She's an excellent associate.

The man who helped me, I believe his name was Tyler, is a superhero. He found the incredibly specific item I needed and, upon learning about how urgently I required it, went above and beyond to make sure I could get it same day (even though they didn’t have it in stock). These guys will definitely be our go-to now over any other hardware store in Edmonton (and Tyler deserves a raise for being such a saint!) thanks guys!

Milwaukee gridiron jacket 254b was purchased weeks later the zipper broke i called this place for warranty and i was told to bring my jacket to Milwaukee repair depot for a fix then that's the last time I've seen it 8 months ago and warranty depot says Now obsolete and I'm out a winter jacket because of this advice.

I picked up some supplies, the girl at the front desk was very friendly, it went downhill from there. The staff do not look like they want to be there, the one guy threw things on the counter after coming within a foot of me. I’m not one for social distancing but everyone has their limits. I will do my business elsewhere

Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! I am pretty picky when it comes to customer service but Edmonton Fasteners is one of the most well run businesses I've been to. Please pass this on to your employees so they know how well they are representing the company. Thank you for setting a standard in Edmonton. Needed some fully threaded 1/4 inch by 3 inch bolts - which are actually not easy to find. This size didn't show in their stock system but they took the extra time to double checked their stock room and were able to find what I needed.

I recently ordered a Bradley digital smoker from these guys online and I feel the need to let everyone know my experience.

The young gentleman I was dealing with, Austen, was great from the get go. He advised me on the product and got it shipped out to Vancouver Island at lightning speeds and I got it in a single day!

When it arrived, however, the unit had been damaged in transit and the automatic feeder unit didn't work so I sent off an email to see what the procedure for exchanges looks like over such a distance. First thing in the morning after the family day long weekend, I got an email from Dave with a return shipping label and instructions as well as a confirmation that they've already shipped out a replacement unit for me.

I'm very impressed.

All the way up the line, these guys stand out as a shinning example of what customer service should look like. They were prompt, communicative, and professional to the highest standard.
