The SECURITY GUARD at the drive-through needs a life. Maybe cheer up a bit. You're not high and mighty.

Did a TB skin test.
The girl who took my blood did it wrong. Now I have bruising on my arm.
She lost my vein while inserting the needle.
Instead of removing it & doing it properly she turned the needle while it was still under my skin toward the vein.
I Regret going there!

This province in general has trash booking for certain types of medical attention. The same day booking idea leaves many waiting for a while to be treated. Seriously prefer Ontario over this. I feel they only have one person to answer the phone and probably only three spots a day it feels. Why can’t u book ahead and if u miss your time you’re off the list…? !?
