As usual Sarah was great to deal with. She always has a smile and is very knowledgeable and patient. Any questions I have in regards to the in's and out's of silver stacking she is able to answer and not once have I felt like I was putting her out. Different places I have been to in town to purchase silver I have tried asking staff questions and ended up feeling like it was an inconvenience. As well Edmonton Gold always has the best prices in the city not to mentionl a great variety and quantity of stock on hand. Always recommend this establishment to any one I talk toin regards to silver stacking.

I would just like to just make it heard that the customer service I received at this location was atrocious. Very rude and made me feel like not only did you not deserve my business but also I would not go back nor recommend peers and/or family to a place so unprofessional. The personnel’s name of whom I did business with was Sara and for a manager should know how to be welcoming, treat their customer with decency and respect especially when going into a establishment to support them and spend the money I did there on a 1 oz gold bar. Only reason why I gave 2 stars is because the prices are good, however considering the experience I had I more than likely would not be returning.

Wow! What a disappointing experience in store! Met by two of the most useless “gold experts”! Rude, combative and disrespectful! A simple question was met with snarky comments! The website is amazing and informative, but the prices on there are not the prices they offer! They had a similar white gold ring of the same quality but a quarter of the amount of high quality diamonds that were in one of the pieces we were looking to sell and was priced on their website for $4995 on sale! Offered us $126! DO NOT USE! THESE LESS THAN KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF MEMBERS COULDN’T EVEN FIND THE SILVER 925 HALLMARKS ON 5-6 OF THE PIECES WE TOOK AND HAD TO SHOW HER WHERE THEY WERE STAMPED! Needless to say would NOT recommend to anyone with a shred of self respect! Not one good word to say about the staff!

What an absolutely professional and enjoyable experience. I have never sold any gold before and Sara made the entire process simple and effortless. Very friendly and every step was explained, I had lots of questions and Sara was more that happy to answer them. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

Really great service do what they say and we left happy and with a smile, and even when I didn't have what I thought I did they were still egger to help me and made sure I understood what they were teaching.

They take two pieces of Id, your name date of birth address and licence number is on the receipt and in there data base, they pay a little over 50 cents on the dollar of spot price

The first time the wife and I wanted to get rid of gold items that were collecting dust. I contacted a few places as anyone would normally do and discovered this business. Sarah was the representative we dealt with, and after listening to the other associate (Cass) that was helping another customer it was soon realized that they were very up front and made a person comfortable and not feel intimidated by their knowledge. In our opinion it would be obvious that this is where we would go in the future as well for these sorts of matters. Thank you for the learning experience as well as making it enjoyable.

I have used this business to sell my gold a few times now and turns out after shopping around it is the only place I will use. Very welcoming, and Friendly. I never get a run around, very easy process and always get top dollar for my gold. The last couple times I have been in, Cass has helped me. I love the service here, the staff members are very friendly. I've gone in a couple times and had pieces tested, even if they aren't what I thought or I decide I don't want to sell, they have let me know that they are always there, but have never pressured me. I had a piece stamped 10K that turned out to be 24K and they were very honest and let me know I had a treasure on my hands! I will continue to deal with them and encourage others to do the same!

Have dealt with edmonton gold buyers twice now to sell my scrap gold. Sara helped me today. Would 100% recommend going and seeing her for any gold need. Shes very knowledgable, friendly and great to deal with. She was also super patient going through the gold. Will definitely go see her again in the future with any gold needs.
