Worse costumer service I’ve ever had. The person who answering the phone is always trying to hang up the phone while you are talking. Sounds like she has no interest working or helping people who need assistance.

I am writing to share my recent experience with your organization. I visited EISA for the first time on Friday, September 22,2023, and I would like to provide feedback based on my interactions.

I approached EISA during a challenging time in my life and was in need of immediate support. During my first visit, I spoke with one of your practitioners, G, and explained my situation. I was hoping to schedule an appointment for counseling. Regrettably, I was informed that the soonest available time for a counseling session was Wednesday, September 27, at 1: 30 pm. This appointment time was noted by G.on her notebook and on the back of her visiting card, which she provided to me.

On September 27, I arrived early for my scheduled appointment and signed in at the reception. However, my experience during this visit was less than satisfactory. Despite my prompt arrival, I had to wait until 1: 36 pm when G.approached me. Unfortunately, she seemed to have forgotten about our appointment, and she had also scheduled another client for the same time.

Furthermore, I was surprised when G.asked me to wait for an additional 30 minutes as she began a counseling session with another client. Although this behavior was confusing, I agreed to wait as requested. However, after waiting for 45 minutes without any further communication, I approached the receptionist to express my concerns. At this point, I was advised by G.to wait an additional 15 minutes, which I found to be unprofessional and unsatisfactory.

Given the delay and the impact on my schedule and well-being, I decided not to continue waiting. Unfortunately, the situation was not resolved in a manner that left me feeling valued as a client in need of support. G.subsequently suggested that I reschedule for the following week, but by this time, it was no longer feasible for me.

As a student of settlement studies, I understand the critical role organizations like EISA play in supporting newcomers and immigrants in Canada. I am aware of the valuable services you provide and the importance of fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. However, my experience with G.left me feeling that the level of professionalism and respect I expected was not met.

It is my sincere hope that EISA continues to uphold the principles of inclusivity, respect, and professionalism. Our shared goal is to create a Canada that is free from discrimination, oppression, and exploitation, where newcomers and immigrants can find the support they need to successfully integrate into Canadian society.

Thank you very much EISA and specially to Ms. Riza Tuiza for all the work and helped given to me when I was a TFW. She always went directly to the fact and always been of a good counsel. You are always been treating us like a family and friends. I will always be grateful for your service. May you will be able to help more clients in the future and change their lives by guiding them with their immigration needs. IF ALL IMMIGRATION EMPLOYEES ARE SIMILAR TO STAFF HERE ID DEFINATLEY PICK ANY OTHER COUNTRY THAN CANADA

This organization is really helpful to new immigrants, students, and those who are applying for PR/Citizenship. They have a lot of advisors that specializes in different fields. They make sure your questions are answered and they call you back if they are busy/you leave a voicemail.
