Horrible… I stay in hotels for work and this is probably the worst in years.blood splatter on the bathroom floor, found part of a crack pipe in the room and it was just gross.brought the crack pipe to the front desk to complain and they switched us to another room that was better but still gross blood stained bedding.told them we would stay if they cleaned the room and changed bedding.came back at 2pm and it still wasn’t changed so we left and booked another hotel… front desk was really good but that doesn’t make up for the rooms.years of staying in hotels good and bad this was the worst.hard to even explain it just gross… the staff was good but the rooms are unacceptable completely.

Great staff, hotel could use a coat of paint among other small things but the price is right and the location is fine

Had a great stay here overall. My wife and I attended a conference here and for the most part, staff in all areas performed well under the pressure. Demands were high and an overwhelming experience was met with friendly professionalism and service. The dining experience has a unique flavor on all your favorites, as well as a great buffet selection during key times of the day. The drink menu will also compliment any meal you choose, however desert falls a little short. It felt a little drafty and cold through the elevators and in our room with not much control of our temperature. But a comfortable and clean stay with amazing housekeeping staff. Look forward to our next stay.

Came here for Executivelinks workshop. Atleast ladies washroom (not converted one) were cleaned 2x, however will need one more in the afternoon as it easily soiled the floor too.
Overall it's nice to be back in-person workshop.

My family and I stayed here. We checked in and were in a rush to get to an event, so left straight away. We returned late to the hotel and went straight to bed. In the am we noticed the bed our young daughter slept in had blood ALL over it and a big dried up spot of blood on the carpet next to the bed slightly covered by the night stand. Then we found blood on the door jams of the bathroom as well. It was absolutely DISGUSTING! The room was NOT cleaned or the sheets changed after the last person was in there before us! The lady at the front didn’t want to give me my $ back, but eventually did. It was horrible all together!

The entrance is really nice when you walk in the lobby. It's an older building, so you can spot the spots that need repairs and a coat of paint. The rooms are very normal and a bit outdated but clean none the less and the staff are very nice and accommodating.

I left my AirPods in the hotel room accidentally and called hotel next day but they were not able to find them. Then Tina Tobin helped me to find them and sent them back to me in Hinton. Thank You Tina!

Some rooms don't have furniture like AC units, fridges, microwaves etc. This should be made consistent.

This has to be one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms are extremely dated The air conditioning units do not work in the rooms. The windows do not open so you can't even get fresh air This will be the first and only time I will stay at this hotel.

Had a great time there with our conversation the staff where amazing would recommend this location

Was reluctant to order food in restaurant as it didn't seem like iI was occupied, I ordered egg Benny, my dog wouldn't eat this food. Greasy sloppy mess! Your better off going to McDonald's

Not what it used to be but I give it 5 stars based on ; the rooms are always clean staff are always available

It was a bit dead when we went. And the bar on the main floor was closed for some reason. Either than that, was great.

I was there for the metaphysical vendors, the hotel looks good. I didn't stay the night so I don't know anything about the rooms.

Went to a show within the hotel. I can not properly rate the hotel aspect. But clean environment, friendly staff.

The smell when first entering was horrendous. The room did seem clean (others on the stay would differ on their room) but really outdated. The toilet was yellowed and had a ring on the interior. I had no fridge or microwave. The window to the outside was small and no screen. I did check for bugs but didn’t see any. I kept expecting to see some. Honestly, I would pay a little extra and stay somewhere where else.

Floor was very uneven, and it was very hard for my disabled husband to get around. Could not control temp in the room, so very hot, had to keep opening the balcony door to cool down. Also there was a lady on the floor yelling at her children constantly

The prices for a room here should be lowered.
I understand that it is currently a busy weekend, but the following are things that should not have been something to deal with.
Concession closes at 11, and the front does not carry cash to use the vending machines.
The vending machines are either out-of stock or broken.
The ice machines are scarce to come by.
The back entrance isn't accessible by card/completely broken.
The three elevators break down constantly, and are only accessible by card.
You cannot access the main floor via stairs.
The rooms have the basics, which is fine, but some do not even have a fridge to utilize.
The front is severely understaffed.

This place could really be an amazing stay if things were more well maintained.
Sadly, this weekend will leave a bad taste and most likely lose any possibility of returning guests.
