Great place and service! Came in to get help with my safe as I thought the batteries died and didn’t have the extra key but it turns out it was a completely different issue! Changed my batteries for free! Would highly recommend.

Ordered a couple padlocks and keys in 2022 and they took a while to receive (over 6 months for my padlocks and about 2 months for keys). I understand that it is a special order item but anytime I called for an update (especially with the locks) they hadn't actually ordered them yet. An employee was apparently let go for not filling orders, and my order was a bit lost in the confusion. It took a while to resolve, but was eventually resolved. I am also told they have implemented a new system to prevent this situation from happening in the future! I made another order of keys this summer and all dealings with employees have been friendly and professional and they do their best to track down my orders.
