Edmonton Opera

I have never been inside, but I consider I have a moral permission to put 1 because never have I ever seen such an ugly opera building in my life. It just looks terrifying

Was at the opera house for practice with the singinv tree. Great practice.

We toured the Opera space for Alberta culture week. They hosted a wonderful event to the set of La Traviata, with 1920s themed music, costumes on display and some live piano accompaniment to the songs from the opera. The hospitality was fantastic with a cheese and charcuterie board and pastries by Duchesse.

I went once to see “Carmen” a couple of years ago. It was good but I probably won’t hurry to see more opera. I have been repeatedly called with telephone solicitations since. Every time I ask to be removed from the solicitation list and am told that they will BUT sure enough they call again. I have had to block their number to stop the calls. I for sure won’t be back!

I don't listen to Opera but have enjoyed the Opera's I have seen
